How was the communication? Good. Confirmation was sent out as soon as the items shipped, which is always nice.

How easy was it to pay? Very, although somewhat baffling as this is the first vendor I've run into that doesn't take Paypal. Still, credit cards are just as simple.

How long did it take to ship? Next day shipping. Five days to arrive. Not bad.

Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? More than. Mint on Card has some of the most reasonable prices in the hobby.

Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yup.

Wonderful. I was promptly informed that one of the items I ordered had been mis-labeled as in stock (by a polite e-mail asking whether I wanted to have a refund for the item or select a new item to replace it). It was fixed by the next day when my order shipped out.

Very easy. I paid by credit card.

* How long did it take to ship?
It shipped the day after everything was cleared up.

Yes, very much so!

Very good. I received the automatic order email immediately, then the next day I got another email saying that one of the pairs of eyes I ordered was out of stock (they had made a mistake entering inventory into the site) and asking if I would like a refund or a different pair in exchange. I asked for another pair, and the package was sent out promptly the next day. ^__^

Very easy, via CC.

Arrived on Friday the 7th...it would have been here on Thursday, but the office wasn't open when FedEx tried to deliver. ^^;

Yes. I really like the bloomers and the elastic was great as a replacement for the too-skinny elastic Soom sent my tan girl with. The shoes are OK for the price I paid.

Exactly. The shoes were a little smaller than I expected, but that's ok.

well...ummm. it was old type version. i'm not satisfied with old AE and i don't think to purchase AE body within short period. I lost my trust on the body. Very disappoint about this. I really want to cry. In the end, it's not only the price but everything! oh, well. If they strung it that tight, they'd better invent a more durable hand beforehand.

The face? yes. Body? physically, yes. (^.^). I love the make up. Not too much or heavy

First Glance, yes, but then after I tried to make the doll stand, the stringing was awful! Too tight, ridiculous tight. That's too crazy crazy crazy. I broke the palm hole for the hook. so, in the end, well, I'd rather layaway for a higher price, though.

* If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
They said , they would ask the AE company to supply the hand. They told me that newer body version wasn't strung too tight but well, i'm not that rich enough to give a second chance for almost or more than 200USD stuff. (-.-)'.
I received my hands today. Thank's so much, Lindsey (^.^). The hands are different but it doesn't matter to me, though. I'm happy with the hands. Just want to note it, perhaps, other has the same experience. MintOnCardInc said that AE changes the hands...So, my case can be an example. With First shipping, it took less than a month (2-3 weeks).

For HEAD may be but not for the body. must say AE has a lot of cute head. I love Mint On Card, too. They are very helpful, though. I love this kind of seller

After this experience,(let's not talk bout second-hand product), i will even rather purchase the NEWER version or none (-.-)'. I love Mint On Card but my first doll really-really made me cry.
