Very easy!

The package shipped 3 days later on 11/23, but I ordered on a Friday and didn't expect the box to be shipped over the weekend regardless.

Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Very reasonable, can't beat elastic for $1.

Did the item look like the sales pictures?
The shoes are even cuter imho.

Excellent. They let me know immediately when there was a problem with my CC going through, which turned out to be issues with the bank's system. They then tried it the next day and let me know that it was successful.

Very easy.

It was shipped the same day my payment went through, and arrived the next day since I'm in the same state.

Shine is absolutely gorgeous!

Yes. The face-up was very close to the one in the pictures too, which was nice.

quality far exceeds the price;i knew the doll was going to be good, just did not think it was gong to be this good.

How was the communication?
Excellent. MoC updated their site regularly, sent out emails, and came into the waiting room to talk to us on DoA

How easy was it to pay?
Very easy. No PayPal, but that wasn't a big deal.

How long did it take to ship?
The date when the dolls were supposed to be ready kept getting pushed back, but as soon as MoC got them, they shipped out very fast! He was shipped FedEx on the 4th and I got his the 7th! (Granted, Michigan and Wisconsin are pretty close)

Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Since he was at an introductory price, I can't complain.

Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Better. I loved Tian's promo pics, but getting him blank has been wonderful. His face is very charming. His body is gorgeous too, which doesn't hurt

Were you satisfied with the product?
Yes. I hope HZ straightens out the issues they've had because they have lovely sculpts.

Would you order from this company again?
Of course. I wasn't sure about them at first, but after this experience I will of course order from them again.

Yes on all counts. The coat is very well made and has real fur at the cuffs and collar (which is a thing we appreciate in Minnesota in the depths of a below-zero Winter *heh*)

* Were you satisfied with the product? Incredibly. I was so worried the shoes wouldn't fit or would be the wrong sizes since I'd gotten two similar styles, one in SD one in MSD, but all went well. Both my Sabik and my Unoa are very happy with their new shoes.

* What did you order? AE: msd: cherry and blueberry, 3pairs of glass eyes, a school girl outfit, and several pairs of socks and panties.

* How was the communication? EXCELLENT!!!!!! They would go out of their way to make sure you understood what was going on with your order. Especially in issues regarding their lay-away system.


* How easy was it to pay? Very easy I payed with my visa, im not sure if they use pay pal tho.


* How long did it take to ship? Quick!!!!!! I bought some clothing articles and a few pairs of eyes on December 28th and they let me know the items had been shipped out on the 29th! I live in California so i expect to receive the package in a few days. Even when I purchased my dolls on pre-order as soon as they received the doll I was notified and the doll was then shipped a few days after.

* Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? For the quality of the dolls they were very well priced! All clothing items I have bought in the past have exceeded my expectations!!!! I have seen similarly priced items for 3 times the amount I have paid!!! One pair of glass eyes I bought for $9 I have seen for $15 to $30 other places. I bought a Japanese School girl out fit for $14 I have seen the exact same one go for $40 when it is the same fit and material!!!

I totally love this company! They are not over priced like Denver Doll Emporium is but you still receive the same quality of service as DDE! Mint on card also likes throwing in little extras when you get a doll that i really love: doll stands, toys candy, shirts ect... It is really nice!!!

Shipped about 3 days later as a result of the technical difficulties, and arrived today - January 29th!

I really like the quality of Mint on Card's glass eyes. They look lovely! As a result, I am more than happy with the price of them! Also, the clothing was very affordable, and my girl looks adorable in her new dress! I couldn't be more pleased!

The items look much better in person! Not that they looked bad on the website, but I'm not sure the company photos do the eyes justice! They are so purdy!
