      There was a bit of a delay due to the manufacturer, but Mint On Card stated on the page I ordered the product on that it could take up to 2 months. I was prepared to wait, and they kept me updated the entire way. It was sent on May 17th. I picked it up at the post office today, May 20th.

      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes. The products are beautiful and well made.

      Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Exactly.

      Were you satisfied with the product?
      More than I can say.

      I'd like to add that this is the best company I've ever dealt with.

      I inquired about jointed hands with a doll. They mistakenly said it did come with the doll and to take responsibility for that they said they would make sure I receive the jointed hands at no extra cost. I never once had to ask them about status because they were already on it. They insured my package even though I didn't pay for it extra, and they even added a little bag of goodies. Not to mention the actual product quality is the most impressive I've seen for bjds so far. Even better made than my limited edition Soom outfit. They truly impressed me and have inspired customer loyalty. I wholeheartedly recommend Mint On Card to everyone. :aheartbea

      Apr 09, 2010 --- (Delivered: July 20th, 2010)

      * How was the communication?
      Excellent until I paid, after that Jim gave me a date to ask about my order, I asked in that date and he got mad, after that they start arguing about everything I said and wanted to convince me to cancel the order, as I say "no" they just decided to cancel it on May 27 "just because" without reason or prior communication. After a long talk I told them I've being waiting for a long time and they had my money in the meanwhile, so this was like a forced "loan", and I was going to put Visa on advise about the store, they finally decided to ship by a different shipping method without asking and I had to pay extra tax of "US$ 470" for it *(just in tax). The products arrived on July 20th 2010, the DikaDoll body was broken on an articulation, and yellow, like it has being used or stored in an inappropriate place [-LINK-] [-LINK-]. I've sent them several messages about the situation before reporting this to Visa-International, but they are out for fun until some Barbie Convention ends, and it's fine for me if they want to go out and live their life's, but I have a problem and I will don't get and answer until like 10 days from now, and doesn't make me much ""happy"".

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Very easy, used a credit card, I wold have prefer PayPal but I had no problem giving them my credit card number and money since I trusted their reputation...my bad.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      They where suppose to ship when ready (estimated about 2 moths from the date of purchase), but they have decided not to ship it because I live in south America. Please notice I ask them if they shipped to my country prior ordering and paying, and they said they had no problems shipping to my country, in fact, until 05-27-2010 they had no problem at all shipping to my country!:x, finally they decided to ship and it arrived on July 20th, 2010 but whit defective and broken pieces.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      No way. The quality of the wig it's bad but I can live whit it, the body it's broken and yellow, the head it's decolorated and stained (and the horns do not hold up by themselves) the only thing that was "ok" was the sorceress dress.

      Not at all *(for the reasons mentioned bellow).

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      No, I wasn't (I wasn't satisfied whit the products, not the attention, not the communication, nor the packaging).

      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
      By do not breaking their word and complete the shipping of my order whit the shipping I've asked because I know how the customs of my country works and I know how much I can spent or not in tax when it arrives, and, by sending new good quality products. Because I've paid in full for new dolls and stuff, and that's what I want.

      Not in a thousand years.

      Sure, if the product it's in good condition I don't see why not.

      In addition: They care about the US costumers and they seem to be honest, but personally I really had a very bad experience, my recommendation, only buy from them if you are from the US or Europe, if you are from any other place of the earth you might have the same problems I have right now...save yourself some problems, buy from the factories or second hand if you can get them.:|

      The doll is great, but the one issue I have with it is her head can pop out easily. I have sent an email to see if that issue can be fixed.

      The doll did not look the same in the picture. It looks much better. The outfit and the other accessories do look the same.

      Very good, got order confirmations, and after I asked if the second order could be shipped along with my first order, which was on the way to them at the time, I got a prompt email telling me that they would do that for me. ^__^

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Very easy.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      Both orders arrived on the 15th of June. The DikaDoll preorder was sent to the company on the 20th of April, so that took about a month and a half, then shipping from MoC to me took five days, over a weekend.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes! I would recommend anyone who buys a body from Dika for another head to also purchase extra stringing at the same time (I already had some on hand) as Dika likes to string their dolls extra tight with super-thick elastic, and I've found that it is best to simply restring the body immediately with thinner, more standard-length elastic to make it less 'snappy'.
      The shoes are also all very nicely made, the one issue being that the 8cm boots I bought (YH 8109) are designed in such a way that they only appear to fit on heel feet...I bought them intending to use them on another doll whose normal feet fit fine in most heels, but these ones do not fit...in fact they don't fit on any of the SD-sized dolls I tried them on, even my Angel Region boy with his tiny (but chubby) feets! xD The only things they fit are the DZ heel feet I have. ^^; So they are being saved for a future doll who will have heel feet. LOL

      Yep, even better. ^__^

      Yes, very. Even if I can't use the boots I bought for the doll I wanted to, they are lovely and I will just keep them until I get another doll who will use them.
