  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum. Momocolor Tiny discussion part 2

    1. I agree - this is my first time buying straight from a company and Im still hoping it will be a good end to it all.
       
    2. Well i finally got my order after escalating my paypal claim, however momocolor didn't include the free wig my order was eligible for (and the reason i placed a high value wig order in the first place) so after waiting two months with no communication or customer service i'm still not satisfied with this company. Its a real shame since i was intending on ordering a couple of dolls if everything worked out with this first order but there's no chance i'm prepared to do that now.
       
    3. My first order I paid at the end of May and received the dolls at the beginning of July. The second order I paid at the end of June and still have not received the dolls. They promised me to send them at the end of August and in early September, and November 4. But I'm still waiting for my dolls. I wrote Momocolor in Facebook and he could not always be met ((((. Just yesterday, they sent me a dolls and gave me EMC tracknumber. I hope everything will soon wait for their dolls .


      Momoсolor brought me apologize . The delay is due to the release of the new dolls for next week. They write me:"Next monday, you can see the Chloe, Emily, Dana, Raye"

    4. Congrats on your girls finally coming home. I can't wait to see them.
      And thank you for letting us know about the upcoming new sculpts they are planning to release. That helps explain some of the delay. I do hope the rat of is waiting for responses and shipping info of our girls are contacted by Momocolor soon as well.

Well i have some good news, as i changed my paypal dispute to item missing, Momo contacted me and agreed to refund me the costs of the missing event wig, i still won't buy direct from them again but at least we managed an amicable agreement, here's my beauty wearing her new wig, hands and outfit from the order:

    6. One would think they would have sent out a general email about that to all customers who were waiting. Communication is so important. There's really not an excuse for letting emails from customers go unanswered, and most people are fine with understandable delays, as long as you keep them in the loop. Instead, not only are they alienating current customers, they've kept potential buyers (like me, who ordinarily would have taken part in this sale in a hot second) from purchasing because of the concerns and issues being discussed on this thread. It's like they forget that we talk to each other.

      Hopefully they get their act together quickly. I really like these dolls, and would hate to see this company go the way of CustomHouse.

      preety, I'm so happy for you. I hope that means that mine will be shipped soon. Exciting to hear that there are new dolls on the way but they should be concentrating on getting existing orders out - or at least replying to emails!

      Yes this is my issue exactly, i've patiently waited 6+ months for dolls, but communication is really important, we place a lot of trust in the doll companies but when they go silent trust can only last so long, i would like to get a sister for my Lucy but will probably keep an eye on the MP rather than go back to Momocolour.

    13. I managed to skrimp and save and ended up ordering both a tan Lucy and Olga this morning before they discontinued all their dolls! Phew!

      I've been wanting a tan Lucy ever since I first laid eyes on her... and I fell for Olga awhile ago too. These dolls will be replacing two other dolls I currently own (both Custom House/Ai Doll Hani's) as I felt the sculpts better fit their characters. I had planned on RIT dying my CH girls... but The Momocolor girls are just too much to resist! <3
       
    14. Well Im still not holding my breath smudge... Tracking# still not working... AND my second order that contains Corinns body and wig has still not changed status. So Only half is "otw" looks like.. So Ill keep breathing until it is all home safe.

      Congratulations for making the "deadline" Elzaim - I hope your order does not take as long as ours have.
       
    15. Congratulations Elziam! The faces are all just so cute! I ordered a Lucy last night, I couldn't pass her up!

      Chinabun it's horrible to see the troubles you've been facing getting your order! I hope you and everybody else at least hear something useful from the company soon
       
    16. Chinabun is your tracking working yet? I've just checked the dates on my order and it's 80 days since I placed the order and 40 days since I paid the final payment, so I'm wondering if they don't start making the doll until the final payment. Either way, I'm getting very fed up now :( Here's hoping that I get a shipping notice by the end of the month.

    19. Thank you! Now my Lucy finally feels complete! I made a special request for the event head to be a Lullaby Lucy head instead of Tasha. ;) Now to get her painted up. :)
       
    20. I was going to reply to you and say I dont feel its been horrible at all - and that up till Monday they had replied to all my emails and been forthcoming.
      Now however Im getting pretty annoyed.


      Unfortunately no. I have tried both EMS and my country's Post tracking who normally have a very updated tracking for all parcels going to Norway and nothing - nada - zip. Its not that its not moving, its just not even registered/existing. Im not sure what to believe anymore - but seeing guls207 getting her head gives me hope it will be here eventually. I ordered and fully paid my Sophie full set the 24th June, Then ordered and paid in full a body for the event head and a wig on the 3rd august...
      I emailed and asked Momocolor if the tracking I received might have a spelling mistake. No reply. Getting fed up much. Yes.
