Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     10. Just as I had feared - I contacted Momocolor last Thursday about my order and have not heard back. Funny how they can respond the same day when it is about sending them a PayPal payment but not hear anything for days when you want to know the status of your stuff. I can understand if the order isn't ready to ship or it is going to be later than the time they specified, but don't just snub me. sheesh.

    17. Ugh, I placed my order at the beginning of October. If they take the same amount of time to ship my Olga, I won't see her for another 2 months or maybe longer because of the holidays! Crud. I so wanted her to be here for a December doll meet.

      I really wish they would just let people know what is going on. They will keep a lot more customers that way. I am fairly certain that they have gotten their last dollar from me, cute dolls or not.

    18. yeah I ordered mid Sept and have still not heard anything from them :( will probably try to email them again monday both on facebook and their site maybe if I post on their facebook wall they'll finally reply to me

    19. So sent them another message yesterday saying how I'm worried about not getting my doll and them not responding to anybody. So yeah guess who shipped a few hours later yeah they finally mailed my doll tracking isn't working yet but I don't expect it to for a few days anyways. So yay finally getting her home just hope it's the right doll and they include everything I'm supposed to get.

    20. My Corinne arrived yesterday - off course they left out my "event wig" - so she came bald. I therefore had to put on my MC Poodle wig - Ill order her a brown wig. But had to show her off regardless.
