Very cute, Moskva! I think it's sad that someone would tell a doll buyer to open a dispute immediately after ordering... give Momocolor the time to come up from the slump. As the mod posted earlier, a wait of a few months is nothing at all in this hobby, as some have waited 6+ months for a doll! I have the impression that they don't have very many workers and I hope they're simply just having a hard time keeping up with orders. Yes, my Lucy came later than the company promised, but she also answered my email within the week, which is enough for me.
Moskva101: what a gorgeous girl! Kitsuneclaws: well that is exactly part of the problem. Momocolor DOESN'T respond to emails anymore. Everyone once in a while they'll send a mass email to their customers and one member (possibly) got their doll quicker because they opened a pp dispute. However, another member received their doll recently, so there is hope for us again. ----------------------- I love Momocolor dolls, but their lack of communication is the reason why I won't trust them with a next order anytime soon. They used to be good and honest with their communication, but nowadays they are really dropping the ball here. There were also no messages on their website of social media where they explained the delay. That would have also made a difference. Now some of us just have to wait and pray. Also, just because some companies kept their customers waiting for months or even a year, doesn't make it right. Especially when the customer has no idea what is going on. There have been companies who did a good job and then suddenly dropped of the face of the earth. So, yeah, I think our worries are legit. I hope we all get our lovely dollies soon and that they won't be tainted with bitter feelings because of this ordeal.
I'm basically going to point to Shirelae's very informative post and nod. There are some serious problems going on with Momocolor right now. When they get back up from the "slump", people should absolutely order from them, but right now people should be warned that they risk never getting their doll (and that they probably won't be able to contact the company at all). I've waited 7 months for my Lati Yellows, but at least I can always get in contact with Lati.
Of course your worries are legit and I definitely hope every one of you get what you ordered very quickly! I just meant that it's a sad situation. I meant no disrespect.
I really hope Momocolor can fix all of their problems. They have really beautiful dolls. It seems they have started to ship out some dolls, I'd still be wary until they have consistent communication with actual answers and are shipping dolls out on a normal schedule. It'll take awhile for them to restore our trust. Melody was watching me play video games yesterday. She was happy just to sit there. I went on vacation and she had to stay behind. (I really wanted to bring her though)

Shkatarina - It would be best to check the marketplace for a second body after you have gained access. I believe there are people still waiting on orders from October, and to order direct is a huge risk.
