1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

Momocolor Tiny discussion part 2

Jul 23, 2013

    1. Angell-Studio makes them. Mint on Card carries them.

    2. CoolCat on Ebay also carries them.

She won't be that difficult to resring...I'm used to stringing Pocket Fairies, Elfdoll tinies and smaller. Yo size is practically huge ;)

    3. I checked CoolCat and couldn't find them!

    4. That's odd, I know I've bought them there in the past. Sorry about that.

    5. Alice's collections / acbjd sells them too, as do some ebay sellers.

    6. I don't remember if I've shown here my Lucy Momo 29 cm? but anyway here she is :D

    8. @Annaku ,She is absolutely stunning! I'm in love with the tan color of these dolls. I also own a tan lucy and seeing it in real life is amazing. It's quite a shame what happened to this company. I would've loved to own more momo dolls. Maybe they'll come back someday?

    9. Thank you, friends! :) I'm very sad too because of this. Maybe some day they'll come back. I liked their style.

    10. Here is a photo of my tan lucy!

    11. She is very cute! :love

    12. I agree, she is very cute indeed @Higana

    13. I have a Lucy in normal skin. But my experience with the company is also not really good.

I was in Seoul doing a semester abroad when I ordered her, it took ages to arrive and I was about to claim a refund. The she arrived at the wrong address and I had to search the whole university campus for the doll. And then the additionally ordered extra hands were not in the package. She promised to send another parcel but it never arrived and I never got a refund and it was too late for a paypal claim. :/ I wish I had the extra hands... :/

But that aside, I do love the mold, I am just not really satisfied with the poseability. I guess she will need some restringing and maybe sueding. Her head is always pulled down to her chest. I will definitely have to look into that...

    14. A silicone kip may solve the head problem.

    15. Sorry to ask, but what is a silicone kip? And where can I get it? I mean, English is not my native language, and I am not familiar with all doll vocabulary. OTL Sorry.

    16. I have similiar issues with my lucy @Rosehunter! I'm sorry for your trouble ;A; that is very stressful to deal with. Momocolor has had quite a history.

I wonder how hard is it to install a kip into the head? I've never done it before but My head is so floppy i'd might need one myself!

    17. I will test one of the kips in one of my girls who also has a mind of own. I'll try to get some pictures to show how I do it.
