Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. Oh no! Luria, I am so sorry. But as Phyrefly has said, I am sure if you contact Momocolor, they will fix the problem right away. Please let us know how it is resolved. She is really lovely, though. I love that dress set and shoes too!

    5. Hello i saw that a lot of people has trouble to reach Momocolor!
      I ordered Olga tan, she arrived all right a month and a week so it's quite fast.

      BUT when i opened the box i was... Surprised! It's not Olga i received but another one... But i could not find which head!

      I sent a mail on 09/12 and still no answer from them. Please tell me i'm not mad, it's not Olga (from what i saw about Luria's doll this is not the same mold) but please have a look and tell me.
      I can make better pics if needed (sorry links does not work).

      Not the same face up at all, not the same mouth...

      I let them 4-5 days till i write everyday and at the end call for a Paypal dispute for wrong item.
       
    6. I've been sending the odd email for a few weeks now with no response, i ordered some eyes and wigs on Aug 2nd and would really like to know the status of my order. I just opened a paypal dispute to protect my payment before its too late..

      Why in seven hells did they send me this girl? That is SO weird lol!
      Maybe there was no more Olga they thought they could send me anything and i won't notice? I really dunno...

      But anyway that's Olga i wanted so i'm not happy at all even if this girl is quite cool.

      That's so bad because they always replied to me politely and quickly!

    8. Oh no! This is NOT Olga - I have NO idea what mold either and now Im scared my Sophie and Corinne will be "wrong" when they arrive!
      Momo was super fast to reply to me and send PP invoice for extra face-up for Corinne - Its sad to hear they are NOT being as fast and helpful with their own mistakes... Its very disappointing. Im crossing my fingers for some good replies for you both and for the rest of us waiting to get what we paid for!

    10. Yeah that is SO bad, they are quite nice but when it comes to troubles they do no respond...
      Chinabun, this was solved it's Aimee head but the weird thing is that she's a limited edition form dec to jan 2013 lol.
      Don't worry maybe your order should be ok but thing is they do not send any invoice so good avice if they did not send you your package please do require AN INVOICE! ;)

      I really think i had another one's order that's so bad... But at least they could answer to us!

      Well hope to get news very soon otherwise it's paypal dispute!
       
    11. No i've had no answer, i wasn't even being impatient, just wondering where they were up to with the order as the payment status is still at 'payment accepted' i really don't mind waiting just as long as they would communicate!


       
    12. Thank you Eldraid - I just saw the answer way after I posted! :p . My answer got set on hold in the sditor as my kids needed me - so it took a while for me to finish :D

      I did pay my firs order on the spot - Momo responded to my extra face-up request instantly and I got an invoice for the Corinne face-up within a day of my order and contact. Momo was very polite and happy in the e-mails so I had a pleasant experience with them , I also paid it instantly - then also ordered and paid the body for Corinne two weeks after. Always updating my order with my plans and shipping needs and so on. I hope it will be okay :)
       
    13. I just have to ask - Will most LittleFee clothes fit? Ive seen some very cute tops and sweaters Id love to get :p But they say they fit LittleFee.

      I am very sorry for everyone that is having trouble with communications with Momocolor. It makes me a bit nervous now. They told me my Tan Olga should be shipping out sometime this week. I guess we will have to wait to see when she actually ships or if she arrives without a faceup or with an entirely different head! oh my goodness....
