Queenbee: No, I haven't heard anything at all. That's why I also haven't paid my second half of the layaway yet even though I had paid the first half two months ago. They told me to send me another invoice and they didn't. I messaged them over a week ago and nothing happened. Seems like they don't want my money. This is my fourth doll from Momocolor, I never had problems with them. And now this. I hate it...
Can you badger them every day with an email? I rber having a problem with Bambicroby and it wasn't until I threatened to go through PayPal that I got a reply. Oh and I contacted them through Flickr and I think that helped as the person on Flickr was higher up the ranking. Perhaps you could try MC on Flickr and just say that no one is replying to you etc. I hope you get a response soon.
I will send them a message every day now and if I won't get a reply the next two days I will spam them everywhere, in flickr and facebook and everything I find.

I want to cry >.< Momocolor wrote me AT LAST on Monday but they are not shipping Olga till i return Aimee's head. So i have to ship the head via airmail they said. OK WHAT if it get lost ? -_- i'm soooo pissed off i want my Olga, and i'm almost decided to keep Aimee's head even if i have to pay but they are so long to reply. The best is they believed i wanted Lucy and not Olga so they were wrong all the way. What is so diffucult to understand? -_- It's the last time i buy from this company and it make me so sad...
Okay looks like I'm not the only person having problems with Momocolor I ordered a tan Tasha on layaway last week and they never sent a invoice guess I'll also keep bugging them *sigh*

To be honest I am not surprised that they want the first head returned, otherwise they may worry that some people would not return it. Do you have Airsure or similar in France that tracks it and insures it? If so, that should be fine and obviously keep your proof of postage. I would also keep a copy of the receipt that you can perhaps photograph and email them to request the refund in your postage costs. You could ask them if you could pay to keep the Aimee head and then they can send Olga straight out. It depends on if they are happy to do that or not
Wow, Momocolor seems to be suffering a bit with their popularity and growth. It must be hard for them with all the orders they receive. They are a pretty small company so it might be why they don't answer as fast as possible. I'm glad I got my girls before they started to have these problems. I love Olga and might order her one day, but only after they sort out their troubles. For now, I'm completely happy with the two girls I have at home.
