  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.       Lil Spark, I am glad that you finally received an email from them letting you know that your girl should be shipping out the beginning of October. I would remind them about your need for an invoice for the balance on your girl just so there won't be any other delays.
      Stokiaci, Melody looks lovely with her new wig. And I agree with you about Momocolor's "growing pains". I think they are a bit overwhelmed and understaffed. One person can only do so many things before mistakes start happening, lol. They should definitely change their turnaround time to at least 8 weeks instead of the 20 days stated on their website, so customers will have a more realistic understanding of what to expect. It is very unfortunate that some have received the wrong items, and I hope it is quickly resolved to everyone's satisfaction. I am still waiting to see if my Olga ships this week, as told by Momocolor last week, but as right now my order status is still at "payment accepted".

      The issue is : it ended with a paypal dispute, i want my head first, i just protect myself from them in case they are not honest and do not send Olga.
      I'm so angry at them, i think they are overwhelmed but if i did not insist they would ignored me :/
      Their English is not good or so they seem not to understand they wanted to send a Lucy head u_u i'm so tired... XD


      I hope they will be honest and send the head soon, they said like in a week or so. So i'm waiting and i'll send the head at last.
      This is the last time i buy stuff from them. So bad i like the 29 body all right, but ill make a really bad review i think. Globally you have to harrass them, and to be honest the doll was not protected well in the box. And there was no bill or whatever inside. Great.

    8. I'm sorry you've had trouble Eldraid. None of my dolls from other companies have ever included a bill. It's normally emailed when you place the order so there is no need to include it.

    15. I just sent them an email as well, explaining that they had said my Olga would be shipped out the week of 9/15/13, but I had not received any shipping info and for them to please let me know when they expect to ship her. Hopefully we will get our shipping notices soon!

    16. Queenbee, can you let me know if you get a reply from them please? I've not heard anything back from them yet and my status is still the same online. Finger's crossed on those shipping notices! I have a large parcel from overseas waiting signature at the PO that I cannot collect until tomorrow and I've been daydreaming that it is from MC, but of course it is far more likely to be some clothes that I have ordered from etsy!!

    18. OH NO! I was hoping to purchase another body at the end of they year depending if I liked the Momo29 or Momo26 better for the event head I will receive with my Momo26 Olga. I really do think they are quite overwhelmed, I am very disappointed to see this announcement.
