Movie Character you would like to have as a bjd?

Seconding. I am planning to have a Snow Queen doll inspired by Elsa, but so far I haven't found the perfect mold for that Nothing much besides that, I'm not big on character BJDs.

Right now I'm back in Tolkien mode. I'd love to have dolls representing each of the free peoples of Middle-Earth: A dwarf or two, a couple of hobbits, I already have one elf but if I go full Council of Elrond I'd like representatives of both Noldor and Sindar Plus one or two Rohirrim, and of course at least one of the Dúnedain rangers ... not much of a fan of the Gondor outfits so I might skip those, I already have plenty of humans anyway.
I was toying with the idea of getting a less pricey doll for an Ork mod, but the poor thing would only get beaten up by the others, so ... nah.

 

I would totally love to make a custom doll of Gong Li from the Curse of the Golden Flower film. I mean come on people that golden costumed with that peacock headdress? ^o^ But I would want her as like a 90cm doll to tower over the others, muahaha!

 

My version of Jareth the Goblin King, I even know the sculpt and where to get the clothing. Also Jessica Rabbit, just for fun.

 

A whole cast of House of Flying Daggers dolls would be amazing!

 

I already have one and that's my Tom Hiddleston MNM that is my Loki. I am also in a group order to get a Robert Downey Jr head to do Tony Stark (Iron Man). I have the hottoys figures of these characters but it is great fun having a bjd version as it's kind of like having a giant customizable action figure.

I'm thinking of trying to make/commission a crown like Thranduil's for Sard. I already got him the wig My guy just has the perfect look for this movie character that I love.

 

I would love to have Tonks from Harry Potter.

 

Unlimited funds would be all the charcters from clue the movie. Esp. Miss scarlet my fav. I also have a mild obsession with the munsters. They did make one Munster movie

Do original characters from your own movie ideas count? I've noticed a few dolls look eerily similar to a lot of characters of movies and stories I started. One (Shane from Iplehouse) look deathly close to a character from something I've started now which is the main reason why I want him.

 

If money wasnt an issue and I could pull off the costumes Id love a Batman and The Crow

 

Draculas brides are always so beautiful.

 

Ooh another film I'd love to embody the characters from if money was no object, the band Strange Fruit from the film Still Crazy.

Even ignoring the costs of the minimess it'd be quite a challenge to get all of the guys differing physiques! Narrowing it down to v.nearly sensible levels I'd focus on Ray Simms (Bill Nighy) and Brian (Bruce Robinson) since they're my two favourites from the band, though all of the members are utterly loveable.

(Though amusingly certain male dolls that come with removable *ahem* parts would be very useful for recreating the scene where Hughie opens up the old band case for the first time in twenty years.)

 

Audrey Hepburn. I was watching My Fair Lady today and it struck me what a lovely doll face she would make.
