Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. Musedoll girl body - how does it pose?

    1. I have a question for owners of Musedoll Ciel. Can anyone tell me how well the Musedoll body poses? I didn't know if her torso joint allows her to twist or turn from side to side, or if like Narindolls and Limwha if it allows her to bend at the chest joint. Its been my experience that some doll companies make the bodies to have great articulation, while others focus less on articulation and more on sculpture, etc.

      Any help is greatly appreciated!

    2. I have an Erato^^
      At least my Erato's can turn from side to side, and can also bend^^
      She's posing pretty well, except her arms...

      Edit : Ciel is less posable than Erato, there is somes differences in the joins

    5. Thank you bread17 (love your doa name btw) and littlesam. I was sort of wondering why I never see a Ciel in a dramatic -- or any -- sort of pose in her pictures. All the pics I've pulled up has her standing stiffly at attention, so this has me a little worried.

    12. ciel isnt very posable, in my opinion.
      buuut. the poses she can do, she can do & hold very well.
      one thing i dont like though, is that she cant really tilt her head up. =\

    15. I had a Thalia, whose posing I wasn't thrilled with at all! But, to solve a few problems first I hot-glue sueded her which dramatically improved her posing, and then I bought one of these babies:http://eluts.com/frontstore/Item/item_zoom.asp?item_num=1890&catalog_num=802&mart_id=lutsdoll&level=&mother_catalog_num=125
      and it took care of her head posing completely.

      One achievement I am proud of, is getting her to stand in her high-heeled feet :'D

      But... since when do the mousa dolls and basic musedolls have different bodies ? I must not be paying close enough attention, or something o.O

    17. Thank you Amaranth, that is a very helpful suggestion! Now, if I can only find someone who has one of these neck thingys they are willing to sell to me...

      btw, could you tell me if she can bend at her torso joint? Like, can she twist at that joint or tilt backwards or forwards? That's my main concern, for some odd reason.
