Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     7. Where does it show the tatoo for Polyhymnia? I can't seem to find it... ;-;' I also wonder where if there's any detailed pictures of the manicure and pedicure...

      Also, it seems that Musedoll is accepting a 3 month layaway for Polyhymnia with a down payment of just $100. I think I will jump into that! :D

      Couldn't bear to miss out on this fabulous girl.
      Expensive, yes, but when you consider all the work gone into the preparation, the wonderful face-up, the tattoo! and that incredible costume ...

    12. You know.. when this girl came out I totally wasn't impressed.
      I ADORED her outfit and everything and was contemplating trying to find a split for it (til I realized everyone else would want to do the same thing!!), but something about her head sculpt just rubbed me up the wrong way.
      She reminded me of a childhood bully, much like Soom Cass did (and again, I had the same negative reaction to her).

      Now however I find myself coming back to look at her again and I might actually really like her now.:sweat
      Of course I'd have to have a fullset, and as I just ordered Souldoll's Kayla as a fullset, I really can't afford a $1400 doll right now, especially as I think Musedoll only take wire transfer or paypal, neither of which are convinient for me unless people buy my stuff so I get money put into my paypal (no credit card).. and a wire transfer is too inconvinient for layaway, which I'd NEED.
      Of course if everything I have up for sale sells, I'll have enough money for her.

      Still, I find myself worrying about the bonding issues I had with Thalia.
      I had a fullset, got her second hand (technically I was her 4th owner) and I just COULD NOT bond with her.
      Her face was so flat and lifeless compared to my other dolls, she had this horrible plasticy feeling and she was SQUEAKY.
      Her hands also came broken, but I got replacements for the person who bought her from me and they seemed a MUCH nicer resin quality.. so I think Musedoll's old resin wasn't very nice but their new resin is?
      Either way, I do worry that her head sculpt is going to end up being really flat and lifeless again in person, and that makes it really nerve wracking to even consider such a purchase!

      Has ANYONE brought home this girl and can throw up some shots for me so I can get a better look at her? Would be really grateful!! Thanks!!

      That's really annoying then, simply because I'm going to need to see pictures of her before I even think about this! Hope she doesn't sell out before then!

      Another idea I have is just to use her outfit/wig on a Souldoll double girl I have coming it, but there are slight differences in their measurements so I'm really not quite sure how the outfit is going to fit - I've heard people go on about how Musedoll's have anorexic type unrealistic body shapes (even though when I had Thalia I found her completely perfect and womanly), which would mean their clothes might be too small for the average SD. Though Souldoll kids girls are very slim and their clothes a bit too small for the average MSD, so maybe the Double girls are in a similar situation?

      Oh well, either way I can't afford anything right now so I'll just wait for the arrivals to come through!

    15. I just came back on Musedoll site to see her again, and I still love her.
      Acctually I have Musedoll Ciel home, and I love the sculpt, I woudn't mind to have sister for her.
      I was thinking about spliting Polyhymnia, but.... I think, even with face up and tatoos I would't pay for her more than 700-750 $... does anyone will buy accessories for 500$? I just doubt it...
      And I cannot afford for 1250$.

    16. I'm in a similiar situation actually, but the other way round!:sweat
      I just want all the accessories, but trying to find someone to pay the right amount for the doll herself is pretty difficult as no one wants to pay what she's worth.
      I'm kind of hoping that when she starts arriving in homes, people will decide they want her and will start checking out split possibilities!

      Speaking of, any dolls made it home yet?:)
