I get to open my Cris today! I normally don't do box openings but I am highly considering doing one for him.

Verdin White Skin with Bunny Not sure if anyone else had this issue or not. D: My Verdin's eyelashes got caught on a wig and both fell out right after I took some photos of her.. I was a bit upset because I glued them in and they dont look as good as they did.
Aww, I'm sad to hear that her eyelash fell out--but still, she's just adorable! That faceup is sooo cute.
So do these kiddos take 10 or 12 mm eyes? Neither the Mystic Kids website nor JunkySpot list a size. I'm not too thrilled with my Cris' eyes, they're so bright.
I was not a fan of the eyes I received either and since I said I would share my Cris (*note: he is incomplete, awaiting his clothing and wig.) I may as well help out with some eye photos. I have 12mm, 14mm, and 16mm eyes at home, so I'll try them out in by Verdin and post pics tomorrow, when daylight's on my side.

I've had super bad luck with my Verdin D: Like.. eyelashes came off, the right eye's face up is all chipped off D: and other issues with her eye's face up. Having small regrets
Sorry to hear that. My Isabel came with a few wayward lashes, but I just cut those off. They also are a little lower on one side. I don't think its very obvious from the promo photos, but she has teeth. But you really have to tilt her head back to see them. Straight on they're not at all obvious.
I also had some inward eyelashes but I managed to fix them- as for face up problems I just had some "mutant" freckles (one darker, and one that's more like a small line) but I just consider them more realistic and unique that way so... no complaints from me! Oh and if anyone wants I also have a few other yoSD's so I could try their clothing on my Cris to find out some different fits?
Thanks for the owner pics of Isabel. I didn't know or seen any pics that show she had teeth. She really is sweet and peaceful looking though.
The Blue eye is the one they sent with her, the yellow/orange eye is 14mm that I bought for another doll.
Thanks for the comparison photo, Tehkiwi106. They both look good, so I'm not sure which size I prefer. Manda_Chan, there is one promo photo that if you look closely, it appears that Isabel might have teeth. But its not at all obvious. How about some Cris spam:

Of course! Post away =] I gotta say, I really hate the eyelashes that come with Verdin. I had to cut them on mine, they reminded me of those cheap fake ones they sell at Halloween.

I forgot to take pics until tonight, in crappy lighting. 14mm eyes: 12 mm eyes: I couldn't get 16mm acrylics to sit in her eyewells. 16mm silicones probably could, but I think they'd be a VERY chibi look, kind of reminiscent of Volks Hinata promo pictures.
