      Directly from Nabarro/Mushoom on DoA

      * How was the communication?
      Excellent, she's very kind and answers fast.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Very easy (paypal)

      * How long did it take to ship?
      My order was posted 3 days after my last payment. The parcel took 9 days to come to France. The tracking number never really worked, it was registered but it did not "move". I don't know why but it's the China post office fault, not Nabarro's.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes, very! It's not expensive for such a beautiful item.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yes.

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      Yes.

      * When did you order? January 20th, 2012
      * Did you order directly from the company, or through a distributor or a dealer? From the company.
      * How was the communication? GREAT!
      * How easy was it to pay? very easy, with paypal.
      * How long did it take to ship? Since they had Chinese New Year holidays, it took 16 days to ship.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? yes, very appropiated! The quality is very good and the head is beautifully sculpted and well finished.
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Exactly the same and even better in person.
      * Were you satisfied with the product? Very much!!

      * How was the communication? Excellent.
      * How easy was it to pay? Very easy, with paypal.
      * How long did it take to ship? Because of the New Year Holiday shipping was delayed until the first week of February.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? More than appropriate. The head is beautifully sculpted and very professionally finished with thick resin and magnets embedded within the resin for the head cap attachment (I thought that was pretty great).
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Very much so.
      * Were you satisfied with the product? Very satisfied!
      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? N/A
      * Would you order from this company again? Yes!
      * Would you buy this company's products second-hand? Yes if the item I want can't be purchased directly from Nabarro any longer.
      * Any additional words/thoughts on this company? Nabarro is a great seller to deal with, products are beautiful and my head came packaged in a very cute and colorful box with lovely glass eyes as a gift.

      * When did you order? Somewhere at the end of March; payed for Yakumo yesterday
      * Did you order directly from the company, or through a distributor or a dealer? directly from Nabarro (Mushroom on DOA)
      * How was the communication? excellent, Nabarro is very friendly and super-fast in replying!
      * How easy was it to pay? very easy (paypal)
      * How long did it take to ship? about two weeks' time - the package came on April the 11th.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? yes
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? even better in person
      * Were you satisfied with the product? yes, very much!
      * Would you order from this company again? definitely, I will!
      * Would you buy this company's products second-hand? yes, if the item I want won't be avaliable directly from Nabarro
      * Any additional words/thoughts on this company? Nabarro is a true professional, very talented and skilfull, her dols are real works of art. I would recommend her to anyone.

      * How was the communication? Great! She usually answers the next day or 2 days later, but no more than 3 days long.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Very!!

      * Any additional words/thoughts on this company? Nabarro is very friendly, I&#8217;ve emailed her a few times. Also, she&#8217;s very caring! When I thought my package was lost, she actually went to her post office to ask them about it. I don&#8217;t know many people who would do this. No hesitation to buy from her!

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? normal price for an artist created head (136 dollar including postcost).
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes - absolutely beautiful. I appreciate all the different face-ups Nabarro has on Flickr.
