  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     2. @StellaMarigold Apparently some packages are being accepted and others are being send back. Yes he is! He will hold my order till it's safe to ship it again. Hopefully not too long.

      Also, your N404 looks beautiful with her new faceup! The freckles are charming, and her coloring looks really nice with her eyes.

      I got her in normal skin but I think I'll trade her for the same doll in tan skin someday. Or hopefully I can buy another Narae in tan off the secondhand marketplace in a few years.

    6. Received my NARAE N416 head ver.2 (love the sculpt) with normal skin (lovely color) classic body today. She was ordered in mid-May. Now to find someone to do a pale, natural faceup for her...

    7. I have a Narae new body and she came with silicone strings, but the piece holding the arms keeps snapping apart (I'm afraid to use up the extra tubing Bimong supplied -I've already used it to replace the arm string once, which promptly snapped). I figure I should just go ahead and bite the restring bullet.

      What elastic can I get to replace the silicone tubing?

    8. How thick or thin is the silicone tubing? I would think regular MSD size elastic string would work, but I guess it would depend on how thick or thin you would need it to be. Sorry I could not be of more help.

    20. My Narae arrived today. It seems they have rather different views on their current situation.

      Feline: "Seems pretty perfect to me. Don't even need to make excuses to ditch those itchy things."

      These are my first dolls from Bimong and I have to say I'm quite happy with the body in terms of the poses it can take. One of the better posing and more stable bodies I've played with right out of the box. It's definitely nice to have a body that was obviously designed with both appearance and mobility in mind. :)

      The ankle design and oblong kip provided make it very stable to stand. I've even been able to balance it on one leg. Of course being quite demanding of doll stability out of the box is pretty much never good enough for me, so I did decide the knees and shoulders needed wiring. I fear the tiny kips in the elbows aren't going to stay in place well either. It's a general problem with kips, they tend to get sucked into the limbs they're protecting. I might end up just removing them and wiring the elbows as well.

      I'm pretty sure I have no 10 mm eyes (which I think is the right size) and I have no idea what to do about makeup. I so greatly prefer it when dolls come already painted. Sadly that means they'll probably go back in their boxes soon. This is just not the best time of year to play the lost in shipping lottery to send them to someone who could paint them and my own abilities are generally not up to my standards, at least not without far too many try/fail/redo cycles to even reach minimally acceptable.
