Although they are not scammers, they still are a company to be wary off if you don’t wont disappointment. unfortunately though many companies, both big and small, through eBay and companies that use forums like this one, seem to operate in this fashion, due to a popular following, they believe that they can act in this way as there reputation makes them untouchable by every day people like ourselves and if one does complain its seems that it comes back to haunt them! Luckily I am a firm believer in honesty and sticking to my promises, so I see no wrong in complaining and making a stand against these companies. If more people would take this out look, then more companies will see that they CAN NOT get away with this sort of negligence!
If they are taking forever to ship, I'd say report them to eBay. eBay will boot them off if they don't get their act together. And I agree that listing the same item for sale on eBay again while telling you it is not in stock appears to be a violation of eBay policy. I think (correct me if I'm wrong) the time window for a Paypal complaint, assuming you didn't use a credit card with a longer reporting window, is 30 days. So eBay is basically assuming the seller will get you your item within 30 days. It should NOT be taking longer than that.

Well good news guys, An turned up this morning and I didn't have to pay customs!!! Took only 4 days to arrive from across the pond from Korea which was good. its being a long and dawn out exercise but worth it in the end!!! i just hope they learn from this and step up there ebay store side of their business!
I've ordered from eluts.com and they never sent me a confirmation email. I've emailed them like 4 times and no response. My order at the site shows "payment received", and that's all I've got. I can't even cancel the order. I am very upset and don't know what to do!

well has any one read luts notice board on their site- they are getting rid of alot of their Kid Delf dolls, like an! so i was so lucky to get him. what i dont get is that they are getting rid off the best looking ones. ttori was high on my list and now he has gone!!! hopefully now they might be able to get their orders out on time now!
They must be removing some possible "popular" molds I'm assuming? To die down the demand a little so they can probably catch up on their shipping! I sure hope for LUTS and their customers' sake this is a sign that they are trying to fix this problem. I have a strong desire for Abadon, I know he's not really popular at all compared to El, so I hope they keep him up there for at least another year or two while I save up. Other than that, I've read this entire thread and feel sorry for the frustration you've been put through! Honestly, if LUTS treated me that way, I will be the last person in the universe they'd want to mess with.
yer i think that is there intention. luckily for you they are only down sizing there Kid Delf range. I didn’t know they had one called Abadon, that’s a name used for a character in the Games Workshop range of models, so am really surprised that luts/CP were allowed to use that name! yer i got pushed to be very short and had to bite my tongue (as it were) with them by Alicebjd (girlfriend) as ii really wanted to go mental at them. As im not one to be messed with especially when it comes to a large amount of my money being put on the line!

Well, Abadon can't really be a name kept for one thing, considering if Games Workshop sued Luts, a demon could sue Games Workshop for using his name xD. Abadon is a great doll
yup, abadon is just a word...there is a monster in FFXII called abadon, i dont think theyre going to sue luts lol.. also Kid delf are NOT being disconinued. people are going crazy over this, its only temporary and theyll be back sometime next year

it was only because i never heard of thr name being used outside of Games workshop that i was suprised to hear it used for a doll! so thats my bad!! hehe he kid delf dolls that they are still doing are still cool but to me its a shame they are getting rid of the bulk of really cool ones, why dont they take some out of the delf range and equal it out instead of just taking out the kid delf dolls!? and as Datsuki said they might bring them back but i think this is all speculation, they may, they may not!! who knows! but there is always eay and this forum to get 2nd hand ones if not!
