  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     16. Hi, all. Need moral support!!! My capuccino Humpty (I named her Gaia) is lost somewhere between France and Atlanta, Ga. Nefer shipped her to me on October 3 via express and yet after she arrived in the US there was no delivery attempt or notice left, and despite repeated trips to the PO, we could never pick her up. Then, the tracking said she was being sent BACK to Nefer because she was UNCLAIMED!! Nefer is very distressed because she should have made it back but no sign so far. I'm starting to lose hope as there are no tracking updates here or in France. Has anyone had anything like this happen with an international delivery?

    17. It is annoying.
      Claims must be submitted Nefer the post office. There is a chance that the parcel found.
      I had it happen 2x (I sent in U.S.) and always found the package.

      Fingers crossed for Humpty Dumpty.

    18. Sorry for you! I can imagine how you feel :( I also have sort of problem with my Mystery delivery. The tracking site says she is in France sorting center for like a week already, not mentioning that it took her a week to even get there after Nefer shipped her (EMS, obviously…)
      As far as I know, parcels that are sent back as unclaimed are sent by sea (the cheapest way, since the Post itself pays for it), so it takes REALLY long, but it finally gets there. I think it will be OK, but it will take time. Sorry again, hope Gaia will find her way to you eventually!

    19. That happened to me once when I sent a doll to Germany via EMS. The tracking was very unhelpful. The German PO said the package was in US, and the US PO said the package was in Germany. Anyway, eventually after about two months the doll finally was delivered to the person in Germany and there was no excuse or indication why it took so long. Very scary and frustrating for both of us.

    20. Absolutely LOVE Mystery!!! And your little CHARLIE is SO STINKIN' CUTE!!!
      Just discovered Nefer's Mystery elf and I HAVE TO HAVE ONE!!! She looks like my granddaughter so I just gotta get her!!!

      Can anyone tell me how well Mystery poses? What size head and what clothes and shoes fit? Sorry I haven't searched yet ... just so excited to get a Mystery!!!
