Jpop has wigs that size, and I know they are familiar with Nefer's dolls, I am sure they could guide you, like if you see a particular wig and email them, they could tell you about fit.

I received my petal pink Mystery elf today and she's just glorious. Even blank! She has the cutest little feet. She is definitely pushing her way to the top of my projects list (I seem to have accumulated way too many blank heads and dolls). . . . Her body is so tiny. Tho still not quite as thin in the chest and waist as Nexeven. . . I think she'll fit into clothes made for the 27cm Planetdoll tinies, as long as the waist and hips are loose (Gracefaerie has a nice pattern for the PD tinies). Her head and her elf ears are just outstanding. Beautiful job, Nefer. I'm beyond happy with her.
Just picked up my Mystery ELF today!!! HAven't had a minute to unbox her ... will do so soon and give her a faceup and take some photos!!! SQUEEEEEEL!!!

Am ABSOLUTELY THRILLED WITH MY MOST PRECIOUS LITTLE MYSTERY ELF WHO ARRIVED THIS MORNING!!! Here she is waiting for her faceup! (LOVE her size - kind of inbetween a YOSD and a MSD ... unless I'm wrong and don't know the YOSD size ... SHE'S PERFECT!!!)
The default eyes look to be 14mm (I compared with some 14mms I have). I think she could wear 12mm too. And Peggytoes, she's as tall as the YoSDs, not any taller, but thinner at the top than most YoSDs.

And 2 Msd's but they are gone. I've never owned a YOSD but thought they were smaller than Mystery Elf. Anyway, grateful for the information and for my lovely elf!!!

Lou is really soulful, I saw her up on Oobie doll. The little Humpties are cute, but I don't think as versatile.
