I ordered a Dubu at the end of May. It just came today but I was very disappointed to find that his head was not attached to the body and there are no eyes. Is this usual for Soom? I can see wrapping the face separately but I am quite annoyed about the head being off. Now I will have to order some eyes. I have the regular Dubu, not the sleepy one so does anyone know what size eyes I should get?

They have been listing more things as options or separate items, but it would be nice if they warned you that things like eyes need to be ordered separately. They would be GLIB acrylic eyes like these at Denver Doll Emporium EYES for your favorite ball join It is easier to put the eyes in when the head is not on the body. It is very easy to put the head on. Just place it over the s-hook and pull the s-hook up and turn it to got across the slot. Your can use a hook, peice of ribbon or string to pull the s-hook up.
thank you for the info. Mostly I order Fairyland dolls and they always come with eyes. I guess one good thing about buying my own eyes is that I get to pick the color. Little Dubu is awfully cute.

I love Timps but I think I like my original Puntine best! Puntine, Dubu, Yuja, Sleepy Dubu I may get the Fox and some clothes!
i love timps too, but i already have a yuja, and don't really see the need for another one. especially since the one i have is still waiting for me to make her the right wig!
Why is it I always fall for a doll after the ordering period has closed?! Just came across the timps and I love the recent Yuja release. I guess I will have to go back through these threads and admire everyone else's dolls instead!
I was lucky enough to find a yuju second hand. Hopefully she'll be with me next week. I have to say this thread is very hard to find using the search facility! Possibly because I was searching Soom imda timp - most of which isn't in the title of the thread. Is there any reason for the AngelRegion bit as most of the Soom dolls have 'Soom' as part of the discussion thread title?
It's in there because the size still carries the Neo AngelRegion tag, even though the base site is off of Soom.
I understand that the company was known as Neo-AngelRegion then, but I think it would be good to have both names, Neo-AngelRegion and Soom, in the title now.
Ah, thanks for the explanation. It would be helpful to have Soom included as if you are new to the company you wouldn't think to look for AngelRegion as it's a category that lots of the dolls are under but it's not mentioned on any of the other thread titles. I searched for it as the dolls are listed on the website. Anyone new to the brand wouldn't know the history either.
