      There was a delay because the shirts were being ordered in, but I was informed and happy with that. Once the items were posted it wouldn't have been more than 2 weeks. Very happy with that. :)

      I feel they were. I paid higher because I had to get the MSC sent via courier - Australia Post won't send that type of item.

      MSC doesn't really count, but the shirts were lovely :)

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? heck yah! Daniel Smith charges almost ten bucks more for what looks like a brush that's half the size.

      Ordered 2nd of August, but paid in full on the 10th.

      * How was the communication?
      Up and down.... before I ordered it could be a week to two weeks between replies. After I ordered.... anywhere from two days to a week, But I had a fair few emails that never received replies to important questions. Rachel was always polite though, she did update me as she ordered items or they arrived.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      I was strongly encouraged to use bank deposit despite asking 3 times for PayPal. After a week of stuffing around I finally agreed to using bank deposit. But only as I wasn’t really given a choice.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      After being told I’d be waiting a bit for some things, as she wouldn’t be ordering from them again soon, I asked for my order be shipped in two lots. The first part (two dolls, two wigs, the extra horns and the paint brushes) arrived on the 8th October. The second part of the order (three shoes, one wig and forgotten magnets) arrived on the 16th of Nov.
      I also had no choice but to use courier despite listing a PO box as shipping address (for the dolls). This caused alot of problems for me and meant I had to ask for a delay to the shipping. She was nice enough to hold off shipping them a week though.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      All the items were good as expected.

      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Most... one wig was different to how I expected, but this I my own fault for not looking better I think.

      * Were you satisfied with the product?
      Products yes.

      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
      Rachel sent out replacement magnets that were forgotten from RS.

      No. I will be ordering direct next time. Rachel is lovely, but after alot of problems and stress I’d rather not try that again.

      Extremely except for one.

      The company that we ordered the eyes - one of the pairs of eyes were wrong. Rachel informed me of this before sending the order and gave me two options, a refund for the eyes or another free pair. I choose a free pair.

      Received it on the 30th November. Note that the items I ordered were pre-orders which I was well aware of thus the length between ordering and receipt of item.

      One of the eyes was a bit different to the colour I ordered and I was informed of this prior to the shipment of my order but I actually like the colour so there wasn't any need for a change of colour.

      I actually had two separate orders. One was just for In Stock items (the DIY stuff) which shipped pretty quickly.
