  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. No! This is highly upsetting D:

      All of my favorite dolls and certainly the ones I ever intended to get were Dollshes!

      It's nice to see I can still get Bernard in the future but I love Husky as well and I doubt I can afford to get one before he's gone ;_; And I'd always wanted to see a Van in person before deciding one way or the other on him...

      I also like their size and I don't really want to go smaller or taller with the new bodies. :\

      This is what I get for being so broke for so long! :...(

    2. This is very of upsetting! I've been planning on purchasing a Saint for years (I've just always lacked in the funding area). At least his head mold will still be made, but what about the body? Has there been any official news about the new body mold. I love the 70cm boys! I hope the new mold is still large and in charge! I don't want to see them shrink. It almost seems as if Mr. Dollshe will continue to sell the old 70cm mold on his new site along with the new mold option. That would be amazing.

    3. I hope is true that the more popular boys (saint, bernard, hound) will stay for sale a tensiya, I would hate to see them go , I am also trying to get saint for some time now so fingers crossed

    5. At first I was whimpering and trying to decide which of my boys will go so that I can get my planned Saint. But reading through this thread has totally calmed me.

      I do not like the idea of face-plates to be honest as I love head switching and face-plates sometimes make it difficult (also, magnets aren't always reliable, I'd hate the thought of paying for a face-up only for the face to drop off at some point xwx;;; My dolls magnetised headcaps are forever falling off appart from my Dion as the magnet is well attatched and not too embedded.

      I would prefer to get a Saint head and a Bernard head and then wait for this new body though... appart from the hands, the way that dollshe shoulders connect to the torso has always bothered me a bit. I would love it if the new body was the same general height and shape, but with little alterations like that ^^;

      Alas, I have promised my parents no more dolls until I learn to drive... unless I sell ones I already have. ><;

      Fweeeeh so confused... Im interested in this new boy, I can't deney. I'm hoping his face is more 'curved' like Bernard and some of the others (if that makes sence ^^; )




      Lol... the popularity of certain sculpts amuses me. I have a friend who fell in love with Van at first sight and got him as soon as she could the following Christmas, but for me, I don't have much affection for the sculpt. Yet I love Bernard and she thinks he looks weird and 'strange'. XD I think Dollshe sculpts often tend to be love/hate.

      Did I make the cut-off date, or will Luts terminate my order?

    11. I just received a notification e-mail from Tensiya that they are ending their partnership with Dollshe, it's on the site too! :

      "End of partnership with Dollshe craft
      since March 2008...
      Tensiya is now on taing rest for system renewal works "

      Hmmm It makes me kinda sad though, 'cause I really liked Tensiya's work on Dollshe boys and their whole nice treatment and customer service , and the fact that they worked as a small bjd company caring a lot for the dolls they made.
      In the e-mail they say that there's nothing personal, Tensiya says that totally understands and that they will try to solve their system problems and all...I wonder what's Tensiya gonna do in the future...we'll see

    12. I also read the news and wonder what Tensiya will do in the future. Unlike Tensiya Luts and Iplehouse are selling other dolls and will keep on doing that.

    13. I think Anu's main focus are clothes for dolls. She did not do the faceups on the dolls she sold, just designed and made the LE outfits. I hope she continues to design and sew for Dollshe's.

    14. Yes, I see she still has a lot of clothes listed on her site. I'd be happy if the site would re-open eventually and I could get some of those - and hopefully she will still have some stock of the items to fit old bodies for a short while, as presumably there may be a size difference with Mr. Dollshe's new body...

    16. This whole face plates and new body thing are scaring the crap out of me!!! One of the reasons I fell in love with Dollshe boys is because of how tall, thin, and lanky they are. If Mr. Dollshe comes out with a shorter/taller muscular body...I just don't know what I'll do.

      All I wanted was a Saint, and I can't buy one now for a number of reasons...I'm just feeling so anxious and devastated right now.

      I just hope everything works out for the best.

    19. While it's quite unfortunate that Tensiya will not be providing any more Dollshe dolls, I agree with Linakauno and Bunnydots, that Tensiya's main focus was clothing. I too hope that she continues to design and sew clothes for Dollshe boys both for the older version and the newer one. And for sd13, sd16, msd... :)

      Dollshe dolls will still be sold on the official Dollshe site (I've been stalking it and so far, everything is still underconstruction, so whenever that'll open, beats me XD; or am I just at the wrong site? @_@ ) and I've also gotten over my devastation of this new change and decided to just go with the flow. So here's to hope! :sweat I'm waiting to see what their new body and new boy will look like too.

      Edit - Incase anyone is interested I found the body sculpt pictures on Hound Calling. I can post them if you guys want.
