It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.       * When did you order? I placed my order around Oct 18th. I received my order 3 weeks later.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Quality was lovely.
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes.
      * Were you satisfied with the product? Very.
      * Tell us some of the positives and negatives about this product (optional): I felt communication was prompt and OR-Doll was good at answering my questions.

      * When did you order? Years ago, but I remember him shipping quickly.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Quality was great. He came with a gorgeous faceup.

      • Tell us some of the positives and negatives about this product (optional): the quality of the resin is great. You can tell that the sculpt is constructed well
      • Would you buy more from this company? For sure. I actually have two Orlando heads, and I plan to buy other head sculpts in the near future

      Anderl, Eris, Orlando, Azuma
      * When did you order?
      I bought Anderl and Eris new and the build date is in 2011, Jan 2016, Jan 2016 for the other 2.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes.
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Anderl is my Avatar. I ordered a face up and it all looks exactly like the ad did. Orlando and Azuma came without face ups, so not nearly as stunning, but they are exactly what I was expecting.

      100%

      I bought mine from a seller on eBay. The OR-Doll website has not seemed to work in years. Seller completely unresponsive to my several contact attempts. I love these heads, but the seller was impossible for me to work with after many attempts over a long period of time.
      * Would you buy more from this company?
      I would (and probably will) buy the products, but would try to avoid direct contact with the maker and get them through a dealer or the like.

      Blue Phoenix, two Orlando, both with make up.

      I bought Blue phoenix first but do not remember the year, then I bought two Orlando heads in 2015. Face up by Kingnut and ... (forgot the name of the other artist !).

      Surprised by the great quality for such a low price.

      Blue Phoenix is my Avatar. I ordered a face up for both Orlando heads, and yes it's exactly what I expected, even better.

      I bought mine directly from Renee. Great communication, very friendly and gentle, many emails, and she even allowed me to have her own personnal Orlando who had been used for the official photos (this is why I have finnaly two).
      * Would you buy more from this company?
      I will for sure, but do not know if Renee is still working ? because her FB page has no more posts since end of 2015, and we know Renee had health problems, she did told us so here, on DOA.
