Man, this sucks. I had the last 2 days off due to the ice storm and Now I can't get to my work email to see when I can pay off my dolls. I want tiny little winged wonders. And I even have the money.
Agh. It's killing me that these guys are available already and I can't order. (We're moving overseas and I can't be sure they'd arrive before we leave - so no orders until April for me). Please post lots of pics in the gallery when they start arriving!!
Denver Dolls asked if I wanted to pay a deposit on the white Ye I ordered this afternoon. So while it's not layaway, it IS some down now with more paid later. I hadn't planned on ordering my Ye yet, and I just could not resist getting in on the order.
Couldn't you have your little darling(s) shipped to a trusted friend or family member to be forwarded on to you once you're settled? Or put one on layaway to be shipped to you once you're settled?

I ordered at the same time a Joong girl. She was in stock, so I finished paying for her on 2/1, a Friday, and got her on Monday, 2/4, right across the country. I like DDE. I thought about doing that, but the shipping would be horrendous - we're moving to Japan, so I'd have to pay for EMS from Korea to Australia and then back to Japan. I never thought of layaway (I've never done it before), so I'll have to find out if orientdoll will do that for me... thanks!

raven depends on what color you get if you get the chocolate skin you get 7 pairs of wings. The extra 3 are fairy/butterfly styles not pictured on the site The normal skin and snowskin comes with four but no eyes
I ordered mine today! I got a snow skin (with makeup) boy, with the vampire Ji head. Plus a pair of dark green eyes. Can't wait until he gets here; he'll fit in well with my weird little family. Now I just have to think of a name. Michelle
Since you get extra wings with the chocolate dolls, I'm sure someone with a non-chocolate vampire may want to buy at least the 3 special pairs.
godet: I agree with Selmada there would be a market for the wings. They're magnetic so they are not attached. I actually bought a chocolate doll mainly for the chocolate wings. I may end up selling the doll itself later.
I got a chocolate and a snow skin cause I just couldnt decide. I think they are going to look great together!
