I didn't get one, but at the animal shelter i volunteer at, we have 3 baby orange tabby kittens that are 3 weeks old (we have to bottle feed them, awww) and i kept thinking of these dolls when i was playing w/ them today ^3^
Oh, they are especially cute. Both real live shelter kitties and Mango and Bingo. I love Mango's little mouth! They just look like they belong in a Beatrice Potter illustration, complete with cute little coveralls.
Perhaps interesting to know: Ringo has a twist joint at the thigh, and even though Mango and Bingo are Ringo size, they do not have the twist joint thigh (info per pipi7814).
I believe only the original release of Ringo had the twist joint at the thigh. I recall at the bottom of the basic Ringo page at Pipos, they note that the Ringo doll no longer has the type of leg part as shown in the original release photos.
UNGH PIPOS! DARN YOU! I had myself all set and ready to save for Bao...but now I want Mango. @A@ Nuuuu! Maybe I'll just save up for both. X3
They are really cute, but as a person who has a grey kitty I hope they will release some grey and white kitties more like the halloween edition they had but with this style of faceup. very sweet little faces though, very tempting.
I was pretty happy that they offered a striped kitty that wasn't super-limited. The Halloween one was amazing. Yeah, more colors would be nice, though.
Aww Pipos make the cutest little animals, I want to collect them all and have a zoo I especially love Mango, he looks like my Kitty who is also an orange tabby :3 Docshul's painting is so lovely~
I think PIPOS will eventually come out with more kitty colors..a lil calico/tortiseshell would be so awesome! but...I'm glad they did something like this and now we wait for what they'll do next!
I caved. After selling several dolls that I did not bond with, the moment I saw Mango's expression, I felt immediately like I would be able to bond with her. ^_^; Hopefully I'll get the payment acknowledgement soon.
OOooommg. These are just TOO CUTE. o.o ... It's a good thing I don't have gaggles of money, because I would definitely be impulse-buying from PIPOS like, every time they released a new doll.

Yes Mine are on the way too. I hope they get here either today or tomorrow because if not I'll have to wait until Tuesday because of Labor Day.

Oh, Travesty, so sweet! Did the bunny come with her/him, or was it a welcome-home present? Both of my kitties have pets of their own (little stuffie keychains from Target, Only Hearts Club, maybe?)--Minnaloushe has a puppy and Flora has a lamb. Now, looking at your picture, I'm all excited to get my Ringo home!
