I just want to say thank you and sorry! To replies, you are very right and it is not a big deal at all and i should not have written in a public forum about such a silly thing. Erm, i was a wee bit fragile last night and Ringo is totally gorgeous and i would have no hesitation about another Pipos doll. Today i fixed the magnets and it was easy and i am really sorry for stressing you Pipi Please forgive my reaction.I really feel incredibly stupid and sorry for bringing that up. Hormones ! glad you mentioned it so you could see how common it is, does feel very strange when it happens though! I have had a few volks yo-sd's have the magnets fall out and also the black metal plate which is meant to be glued in arrive fallen out.
oh geez dont even worry about it. how were you to know that magnets come out easy? when i got my first bjd i freaked because her legs wouldnt stay and moved around on their own it seemed. i wasnt happy then i found that she was just kicky and pipe cleaners would help. i felt a little dumb i learn new stuff all the time about these dolls- dont feel stupid thats what great about this forum we get to share info and insights.
CathyM, I never did get my shipping notice, but I did check my Order Status at the site everyday until I noticed it was "On Shipping", and then I watched the EMS and USPS tracking like a hawk. I ordered my Witch Ringo on March 1st and received her yesterday. I would have received her on Tuesday (the 18th) but she had been misrouted along the way (to Reno, NV! Maybe she wanted to do a little gambling before she came home). Luckily, she arrived here safe and sound. I must say, that for me, it was the shortest wait I've ever had for a doll.
I ordered a basic Ringo on March 2nd, but my order status is still 'before shipping'. She hasn't shipped yet. Oh, well. Soon, I hope.

Thank you!! I finally finished up the prednisone (ugh, that was awful, I had all kinds of nasty side effects) and can BREATHE again -- I just went to the gym today for the first time since I got sick more than a month ago! (Took it easy, but it was nice to do something besides lie in bed or sprawl on the couch!) Justine, my Zuzu, is waiting impatiently for the postman . . . I am trying to explain to her that it may be a while yet before her little friend arrives! -- A
