Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.       I'm wondering how Ringo compares in size to, say, a Lati Yellow -- I'd like to get a matching Bunka set made by Flonne, but I need to compare Ringo's size to a doll that she already has as a model. I'm very bad at estimating/comparing sizes like this!

    7. does anyone know where simple patterns for clothes that should fit ringo would be?
      Mine is still 'before shipping' and I have an alice school angel on preorder so I can't buy him any clothes until the alice is paid off :doh
      I love the oversized tshirt he's wearing in some of the (basic ringo) pics, so if there aren't any patterns maybe I'll try to make my own from the measurements and hope it'll fit ok when he gets here (if it works out I'll definitely share)

    10. *cry* I was out yesterday, and I MISSED DELIVERY!!!

      UPS says they'll try again today, so I'm glued to the house until they get here.

      On the plus side, Kira and I had a great day (it's her spring break, so I took her shopping, and was really successful -- she finally has some new shoes, and we both got some great makeup -- it's hard to get that child to come shopping, but on the rare occasion that she's in the mood, we both have fun!)

    11. I arraigned with my PO to not deliver. I just got back from picking her up.
      But she has no clothes, poor thing. This tshirt will have to do for the moment.
      Did you know the thighs were jointed? I missed that. What a cool surprise.

    14. She's here, she's here!!

      I had postal drama . . . got the pink slip when I came home Monday night, which said she could be picked up after 8:30 at the P.O. the next day. I went to the post office around elevenish (but wisely left Kira at home to answer the door, Just In Case), waited in line for 20 minutes . . . and then was told that she was out for redelivery, even though they normally don't redeliver -- argh! At least I had a good book while I was standing in line ;)

      As I was getting into the car, my cell-phone rang -- it was Kira telling me that my package had just arrived!

      I think her name is going to be "November" . . . because she's a Slightly Late Witch!

      They are 14mm Mystic Albino Sea Green w/Sea Green pupils (which are actually a vivid turquoise) . . . I got them from a friend, so I'm not sure when they date from. They're really lovely, even more so in person!

      I *think* that Mystic is now Ethereal Angels Gumdrops . . . have to do some digging, I know that the company name changed at some point. You can get custom eyes like this from EA and also from Enchanted Doll (Aimee does periodic group orders.)

      However, I have a problem. Has anyone else had problems with the fingers and toes going sticky?
      I had the same problem with my Bao. My poor little Pippin now has discolored fingers and toes. It's the gloss sealer. I cleaned them as best I could, then resealed them.
      Fortunately, it doesn't show in pictures.

      does anyone know how timely Pipos usually is? I ordered my Ringo on the 20th, so today is day 12. It said 7~15, do you think they ship by the 15th pretty consistently? (I'm so impatient)
