Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     5. i wish that too... Reene is beautiful...after i decided to buy PD doll for a hybrid , i still confuse which sculpt to choose...and i fell in love with Reene... too bad she is not in msd size :(
      that time, i double checked the web to make sure Reene is really not on MSD girls list XD

      Blablette, lol same here! my story...i kept my sister's and mom's old clothes and dress with beautiful pattern to make dolly clothes...but after a while i realize i cant sew...sewing is not my thing XD
      so i envy you for making nice dresses for your girl >,<

    7. Another day has passed and the postman has not brought Riz home yet... The tracking has not been updated since the 19th... Would that just be a parcel missed in the scanner or should I get worried?

    8. I don't know what it's like in the Netherlands, but here in the USA the tracking for packages can be almost worthless. Often I have the package delivered before the tracking is updated. Or I will get an email notifying me that it has been delivered to the Post Office, and I go down and it isn't there and doesn't arrive until the following day. Will keep my fingers crossed that it comes soon!

    10. Tracking from China can be bad and tracking from the USA is usually not very good either. Tracking from Korea has always been good before though - and so is tracking within most of Europe... I pm'd Planetdoll yesterday and they answered today that it was normal that the tracking was not updated well - and not to worrie, so it will probably be allright. But I am waiting every day for postman now :)

    11. Cyador What's the last update? Sometimes when a package is in the country, and it has to go through customs, they don't scan it untill they handle it. You can also always ask PostNL (twitter or phone) if it's here already, when you provide them the Korean trackingcode. But unfortunetaly it needs to be scanned in before they can help you.     12. The last update was in Incheon (or something) - the city in Korea where international post is shipped from. If it is on plane there is usually another two or three notes from there of processing and that it has been handed over - those two are missing.

      I will try PostNL tomorrow after 10:15h - what is the usual time for the mailman to bring parcels. :) Thank you :)

    13. YESSS - my girl just arrived - and without the feared customs fee! It is so good to pay the same as everyone outside of Europe for a doll for once!
      Her (new) 43cm body, the one with the low torso joint, is amazing. It will be hell to restring it when needed though. The legs are both strung seperately - with a iron pin in the thigh part to the feet. The contruction inside the hip/thigh part is also new: another bar with resin bal hooking inside the thighparts through the hip. That bar also holds the elastic that goes up into the head. The jointing construction is not visible enough to get good pictures when strung and since I do not wish to restring her until I have to...
      Her range of motion with her legs is really good - and I love the double joints and thighjoints on this body. The upper arms have swifel joints too - and the arms hold there position very well. The hands are pretty, but one does have slight webbing between two fingers. Maybe I'll try and remove it one day, for now I am not going to bother.
      All in all many good point for this body!

      Possible improvements for the next body? Stops to the ankle joints? I will hotglue the ankle joints - for I think she can stand on one leg when I have done that, and the low torsojoint could do with some 'stops' to make it less swively (more hotglue for now!).

      All in all, after a year without my mini Riz I have my Riz home again and I am very happy with her:D


      I feel so silly, 40 years old and I am happy 'playing' with a doll...

I went to Think Pink yesterday with a friend also in the hobby - and older than me, and there were several customers, 35 - 60 I think and I still feel ridiculus when I am so overly please with playing with my new Riz, just posing her - and smiling like an idiot... I'll try and make some posing pictures later or tomorrow. :)

    17. There is nothing better for relieving stress than playing with these dolls. They are great friends- always happy to listen, never critical, always supportive. I use them as models in my artwork and they never complain about having to sit still for a long time or that the costumes are uncomfortable, or that they need to take a break. :)

    19. Talking about creative Fibes... I have been 'painting' this weekend and the result were 2,5 face-ups. The half one is for Riz. I wanted to show the progress and just share the look that made me 'fall' for her in the first place:
