Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.       April 16th, 2017

      * How was the communication?
      The communication was fantastic! I made an error on my end in inputting my old address right before a move. Since I'd set up mail forwarding, I waited to see if the package would be forwarded to my new address before contacting Pygmalion, but they were on top of things and tracking my order on their end and contacted me first!

      They were very understanding of my mistake and actually contacted USPS themselves to make sure that the package would arrive! (Very sorry for the trouble!)

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Very easy! I love when companies allow PayPal!

      * How long did it take to ship?
      Less than a month, which is kind of incredible! It would have arrived to me much sooner (like in 2 days after shipping) if I had provided the correct address.

      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order?
      Nope! My Ha's perfect! I have a weakness for removeable teeth (5 of my 13 dolls have removeable teeth--6 if you count Ha), and Pygmalion's design is very logical (they have a little post on the back so that after you add the eye putty you can adjust the position)!

      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?
      No problems on Pygmalion's end (just my mistake)!

      * Would you order from this company again?
      I would most definitely order from PygmalionDoll again (and this time, input the correct address)! I'm still eyeing Robin...

      Communication was great. I left a question on their message forum on the Pygmalion site and had a response within 24 hours.

      Very easy. Thru paypal, no issues

      * How long did it take to ship?

      Shipped 7/10/17 arrived 7/14 :)

      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order?

      Everything was perfect! Head was well packaged and arrived with some lovely treats.

      * Would you order from this company again?

      Great! I just talked with their rep through Doa!

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Very easy, just used paypal.

      * How long did it take to ship?
      Shipped Dec 22nd and arrived Dec 27th! Shipping was very fast!

      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order?
      Nope, the head came in perfect condition.

      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?
      Just minor questions about the shipping address input, but it was quickly answered by their rep!

      Definitely yes! Wonderful sculpts, I'm hoping to see many more new dolls they make!

      Communication was friendly and prompt

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Paid via Paypal, no problems at all

      Item shipped on March 6th 2020

      It took a while for my parcel to arrive because of the whole mess with the Convid19 (not the companys fault tho)
      But the head was well packed and arrived to me in perfect condition with nothing broken.

      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?
      There was no problems

      * Would you order from this company again?
      Yes! I normally stay away from ordering directly from BJD companies- however, PygmalionDoll is definitely a company I would be very happy to order from again. They answered my emails quickly and once I had placed my order, they produced my doll head lightning fast! Oh- and let's not forget that the head I purchased from them is drop dead gorgeous^^

      Very good, all my questions were answered within 3 days.

      Very easy with Paypal.

      A little over a month.

      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order?
      Nope!

      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them?
      I had the heads shipped to a faceup artist in China but the package ended up in Taiwan and it got sent back to Pygmalion. I contacted them through the Q&A board and the heads were shipped again and made it safely to the artist. Pygmalion handled everything very well. ^^

      * Would you order from this company again?
