Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases.     3. Yeah I am busy in October too. So far I have the BJD workshop, a three-day business trip to the other coast, a birthday party out of state, and our practice group's annual retreat. So the more I can get out of the way now the better. But if it's going to be troublesome for Migi I am capable of watching the site every day, though it will be a hassle.

    4. Helene has Corner in a RS body, but he doesn't match her volks boys in her comparison... The migi resin changes, too, the second batch NS is a different colour to the first, so I imagine it'd be jumpy again with the third.

    5. I'm happy to order from the site, and hope I do it right, or to join a group order at the time Migi starts her ordering period. I doubt if she'll take group orders before that time. And we're all speculating about whether or not she'll have a limit for the number of heads. Once we know the answer to that, it will take some of the pressure off. I sincerely hope the number isn't limited, because it's way too stressful, otherwise...

    7. I haven't even been able to think about a body yet! I guess I'll have to worry about that once I know I can secure a head. Poor boy - he'll probably have to be bodiless for awhile, until I can find a resin match. I just want to see that beautiful face come home! :aheartbea

    9. I checked, but Migi didn't answer my question about the US group order. It's possible that she just didn't see the message, since mine is down further than Helene's on the Q&A board. Or, maybe she is not sure about a US group order because it would likely be larger than the ones for other countries, given the number of people interested.

      If she doesn't answer by tomorrow I will delete my comments and ask again and make it very short :)

    10. Regarding bodies, she says the new boy head will match Volks, but I always prefer to wait till I actually get the heads and then get bodies to try. It seems to work better that way than trying to guess in advance.

      Anyway I was going to get an Abadon but didn't terribly want him on the Senior Delf body so that would probably be the first one I'd try out for Ryu, because I want my Abadon head on a different build if I can.

      Please note, I had asked her about a preorder but as I noted in my answer, I think it might be better if we waited and put it in on the day she opens for orders, like the Australian order is doing. For one thing, some people (such as myself :-) would like to see the new boy head first and might want to decide if we want him as well. And for another, I don't want anyone to feel upset that we are rushing ahead of everybody who wants to order individually.

      It sounds from Migi's answer like this might take some time, so if anyone is in a hurry, they might want to order individually. The main reason I would do a US group order is for the benefit of people who (a) want to save on shipping, (b) are having trouble using Migi's website, or (c) are going to be away/busy in October. It's not so we can get our heads first, and actually, considering that I will have to get all the heads and re-box and re-mail them, that will probably add an extra week to the process. So if you are really in a rush, please consider ordering individually when orders open, and having Migi send directly to you :)

      I have opened up a US Group Order Thread in the Marketplace. If you think you might be interested in joining the US-only Group Order, please post there. You'll have a chance to drop out later, before payment is due.

      Thanks! I'm getting really excited about FINALLY getting a Ryu, and maybe a great new head too!

      However I can not inform you whether my Ryu head is changeable

    17. I've gotten some messages from people and I'd like to clarify one thing:

      I am only handling a United States Group Order. No other countries.

      The reason I have to limit it is because when you have to do foreign shipping on something fairly expensive like a head, it complicates the shipping fees considerably - plus you get into cross-border fees for the Paypal and so forth. If I keep it to US, then everybody is going to get a pretty flat/low shipping fee, I can definitely use the free packing materials from the USPS, and it just reduces confusion in general. Plus, when one gets into shipping insured from the US to other countries, it often ends up costing almost as much as if you just had the Asian seller send it direct to the other country.

      I'd suggest that people who want to join a group order from another country ask around and see if anyone else in their country is ordering and see if you can split shipping with them. Ryu is pretty popular so there's a good chance of your finding people.

      Sorry if anyone is inconvenienced by this, but given that people do have the option of ordering individually (so it's not like you won't get a head other than via group order) I think this limit will really cut down on the amount of confusion.
