    1. Yes, I have Adonis in normal skin and it is a very nice pale normal skin between. I would not call it pink and I would definitely not call it yellow. I also have a white skin Ray and I really like the white skin color also. I sent them a message about skin color for the new ladies and they said the first would be normal skin. I sent a second message and siad I liked both the normal and white that have been using.

    2. Well Nancy i Raurencio is going just to put avaible their older resin colors, even if those colour are indeed nice, not this big deal, as personally i'm looking just for the body and find a macth with normal and white Raurecio colour would be hard...
      i hope that they can add some new colour, it would be great.

    3. When I asked them about the resin colour, they gave me this reply:

      "We plan to release them in normal color first, and release other models in various colors later.

      Now it is planned for release in normal color."

      So three colours could be an option, depends on what they mean by various colours.

    4. Thanks for answering my question about the current Raurencio resin colors, nancy_schroeder_ca. I do like the colors they presently offer too, and I hope to also get an Adonis in Raurencio's pale NS color someday. For resin-matching between companies, though, it would definitely be helpful if there were two normal skintones, one normal yellow and one normal pink, available as standard options.

      Thanks for the info kawaii-mon but this reply actually is the same that Raurencio company gave when they presented for the first time the mold face of Stella..
      i really can't cope with the stubborness of certain companies...i mean why not makes avaible three different colors and makes happy several customers?
      And actually how is it exactly for Raurencio a normal skin color?To me is important to know cause i'm looking for a body only.

    8. They're both pretty sculpts, but I have to say --

      What is up with the presentation of Lapis? Her faceup looks like she just got back from a heavy night of clubbing and carousing (with naval officers apparently, from the jackets/hat tossed on over her too-tight blouse from the petites department--). Rubin may look a bit more like jailbait on the "voluptuous" body, but at least she looks freshly groomed and coiffed!

      Oh -- Look at the pic of Rubin -- 3rd pic in the black jacket, where she's reclining on her side. I was going to say her knees looked awful there, and her calves very thin -- then saw the nude body pix at the bottom of the page, and the calves ARE very thin -- did Raurencio tweak their female bodies again? When he first started his own company, I was happy to see the legs were a bit thicker and sturdier than the Unidoll UD-r girl calves. But these look even thinner than my Dalia's legs.

    9. Well to be honest what sadden me mostly is the height: seems that every companies insisting in making short girls,shorts girls are allway while taller ladies are still on the fence..sigh..

      i've finally spotted the pics and what can i say?
      I find the sculpt awesome, even the face-ups aren't such bad, but all this details in the sculpt get lost a bit imo in the size of the body, i mean it's odd having a shorter BJD with this mature look....
      At time i was really hoped for something finally mature but taller...:(

    11. What was so wrong with the 62cm females? I thought the bodies were a good improvement over the UD-r girls (Actually, even just making the heads a little bigger was a great improvement, especially with a rounded cranium in the back to give a wig something to hold onto). And it was a good size too. If what's being offered through Crobidoll is the new girl body, I don't get it. Why jack the males from 64cm up to 67, but shrink the girls down from 62 to 58cm.

      Maybe they're just not stable at a taller height with those matchstick calves and ginormous boobs! (Wouldn't do a company's rep much good if the girls kept falling over frontwards--)

      I so regret not being in time to get a Stella before they stopped selling her, but with this body, I don't think I would get her if they offered her on it.

    12. hobbywhelmed i agree again with you,nothing to add but i'm really mad to myself to not buy in time Maya body when came up for sales..when i decided to get the body then she was basically sold out..i didn't get stella cause the color was odd,so now i see this shoter body that i really do not undestand..
      I do not get why sometimes companies goes back instead of go forth..

    13. hobbywhelmed i agree completely about what you said, go figure out that all my male at home are 72Cm and taller, and think that this girl would have the same height of my NotDoll lady line LAB well i repaet make me consider to quit from buying...
      I regret not buyed Maya she had a wonderful sculpt....singh...well let's see what's round the corner...

    14. I'd put up a comment in their Q&A, and got this reply last night:

      Now I don't understand this. So Raurencio's site is no good for selling FEMALE dolls? Because they sure as heck are continuing to bring out new MALE dolls and sell them there!

      Also, there's a discrepancy SOMEWHERE if they insist the bodies are the same height. Never mind that the thing I liked about Raurencio's girls nersus the Unidoll-R girls was that the heads were BIGGER at Raurencio. Unidoll's girl heads were too small for the bodies (and too flat in back. You had a hard time keeping on stretch-cap wigs because there was nothing to catch onto). But anyway, the girls were said to be 62cm at R. but now only 58cm at Crobidoll. Four centimeters is a lot to lob off a head, if the only difference is the head! Even if the original R. girls were 60cm, that's still 2cm chopped off a head already said to be only a 7-8 size, which is on the small size for an SD body.

      I like the part about making the "bosom parts more realistic". No, more like Dolfie Dream parts!

      Does anyone actually own one of the original girls to compare visually against the Crobidoll leg presentation?

      At this point, I would just like them to offer selling the Stella HEAD.

    15. UHM..seems that they are telling a bit of imprecisions:
      first of all Maya was 63cm taller
      Stella was 62cm taller
      The crobidoll line are 58cm taller..
      I do remember the height of their female bodies and raurencio is simply telling something untrue...cause Maya was taller than Stella and Stella is taller than these two at crobidoll.
      Now i do have saved somewhere the teaser of maya..if i do remember correctly Pacific Blue do own a Stella..plus Maya was already offered with double jointed elbows and knees.

    16. I really don't know what to say,
      i've put to Raurencio an enquire about the new female dolls and i've taken also the time to registered on their web site, now i regret it as i've wastes simply my time.
      Taking a look to the link shared by $abbatha found on bjd dolls exstacy you see clarly that Maya was 62Cm body,
      take a look also to the measuraments of Maya and we can noticing some very differences....
      Ok the neck was 9Cm, but i don't see what they're talking about elbow joints,
      as i can see that since Maya was developed the Stella body was changed, and changed quite a lot, in my pov mayab body was better...
      I recall that Raurecio didn't share that much of indos aond pics ehre, as as the time that Stella was launched i was quite active in the discussion thread and so far Raurencio reply vacuous way, and just one time....
      That's why i'm tired of this way of thinking, seems that Raurencio isn't capable to improove and going on....such sad... :(

    17. *sigh* Oooookay, then. If the body's actually going to be shorter instead of taller, then I'm back to hunting elsewhere for the right body that's 65cm or more. Much as I like the shape of the bust on this one, I just ... can't work with it at all if it can't even surpass the 60cm mark, not in the context of the rest of my doll family. Darn, I was becoming rather hopeful, too.

      I do admit that I like the B set outfit, as well as the cap that comes with the A set. It's a pity that the outfits will probably not be available to purchase separately, since they're part of the Rubin/Lapis "limited number" full sets. :\

    18. I think that the most annoying thing was that raurencio messed a bit with the infos, just few days ago nothng was fixed for the project, and now we've discovered that Raurecio developed a project for Crobidoll,
      i'm really really discouraged, and i'm definitely loosing hope about this company...they tend to step back, and not step forth...

    19. Well, all I can say is that soon as Stella comes up for sale, I'm buying her!! Personally, I think the smaller body is better for me. The taller ones can get so heavy!

      I have my internet browser set to open Raurencio so I'm keeping an eye daily on when she'll be for sale! I just can't wait.

      Stella is a doll that I not only want... but MUST have! :)

    20. I just hope that sooner or later Raurencio will put again Stella for sale,hoping this time that the company will make some steps forth and not back...
      What Meili-Meele suggested it's a good idea:
      make some different set of longer legs for the lady line body without changing the proportions of the body ( as by the way also Loongsoul company did),in this way everyone will have the body of their dreams.
