Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. I really like the ruby-red lips on the type B faceup for Rebecca, but none of the new Raurencio female sculpts have really called to me yet. Also, although the discounted price tags on the limited releases are fabulous, I confess to being a little bit disappointed that there isn't (yet?) any winter/holiday event discount on the regularly offered dolls, or a free head offer (like Raurencio did last year) or even, I dunno, free/reduced shipping or something. XD; I realize that this shouldn't necessarily be an expectation for any company since it's up to them to decide what they want to do for any given special event, so I'm not really complaining - more just a sort of "ah, phooey" reaction since I was kind of hoping for a holiday something as that little burst of extra incentive to finally order from Raurencio.

    2. I don't mind how Rebecca looks, she just doesn't suit what I want as I like more mature faces. However is it me or does her head look a bit small for her neck on some of the pictures?

      Bought myself Stella a week or so ago :D So while I find it a bit ehhh that their christmas event only covers the limited edition dolls, I'm also glad they didn't reduce the price of Stella right after I'd paid for her :P (then of course I saw two other dolls I want that are limited or going out of production, sigh! Fortunately layaway can save those for me)

    3. Haha, I ended up ordering an Adonis from Raurencio Studio in December anyway, and when the package arrived today and I went through its contents, I realized I would have to hop back here and take back my words. XD They included a limited Kan head and an adorable little bear charm as gift items, and everything was packaged up gorgeously. I had been slightly anxious because communication with Raurencio was a little spotty at times, but they really went above and beyond my expectations.

    4. Here is my Ray! She was the first doll to arrive this year, so it is time that I got pictures!

      She is wearing an Iplehouse SID dress which fits her perfectly! She is kneeling in my light box!

    6. This is the new body with the medium bust. She came with the large bust also. I have an old body also. So I will try to do some comparison shots later. They said the new one was a refinement of the old body. She poses nicely and holds a pose well. l had her kneeling so I could get a better shot of her face and I could pick her up and adjust her hair and just set her down again.

    8. What a beautiful girl, Nancy - you're making me want a Ray too! She might also be interesting to see alongside some of the Feeple65 girls like Chloe and Siean, with her pretty pointed ears and similar body size. (Haha, I have that particular SID dress as well, it's such a nice one.) I'd love to see more closeup pictures of her face.

    10. So pretty! Raurencio provides such high-quality faceups. (Oh, and no worries, I just meant that hypothetically she might look nice alongside the Feeple65 ladies since she has a very compatible aesthetic with them. XD) What size eyes and wig is she wearing?

    11. The eyes are the ones she came with. It's a Leeke 7-8 wig. Her head measures just a bit over 8 inches.

    19. Just thought I'd mention that Fabric Friends and Dolls http://fabricfriendsdolls.com/ is going to be the RS dealer in the US and they mention that you can pre-order through them. I am quite taken with Erica's face so I'm debating whether to take the plunge and order my first big BJD.
