      * How was the communication? Very poor; I keep messaging and I get a reply maybe once a month, last reply was Oct. 30, 2012
      * How easy was it to pay? Payment was easy by Paypal
      * How long did it take to ship? I am still waiting after 5 1/2 months.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? N/A, haven't received item yet.
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? N/A
      * Were you satisfied with the product? N/A
      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? Company keeps ignoring my messages on Ebay.
      * Would you order from this company again? NEVER!

    3. * How long did it take to ship? 13 months from time of order till arrival.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? The doll's quality is great, but right ear is missing. Asked for replacement.
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes.
      * Were you satisfied with the product? Except for the missing ear, yes.
      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem? Just emailed about missing ear today, don't know when or even if I will get a response. Renaissancefashion has terrible communication and customer service.
      * Would you order from this company again? When hell freezes over.
       
    4. I found the ear. It had rolled under a table when I unpacked the doll, and I did not see it. So the doll arrived complete, but I still will not deal with this company again.
