Resinsoul Dan has horns!! *58 cm*

Aw man, she WOULD make a great draenei. Just like Lian in lilac would make a great night elf. But I have been working on my draenei since february and I only need one xD I also have a night elf already xD

I'm really excited about the grey color. I was also one of the first to get the lilac color when it came out. Such an adventure xD
I wish resinsoul would use owner pictures instead of their own. They try, but none of the pics do them justice.
If I'm not fond of the grey, I'm definately egtting her in red, ebcause she's absolutely stunning in that color.

I love it when people recognize my dolls xD I went to a meeting and two people I just met but hadnt seen my dolls were all like and teh girl was all like "FOR THE HOOORDE" but the guy carried my Draenei around all day for me xD He;s completely obsessed with her, it's so cute.

I will probably post here a minute after I order Dan, so don't worry xD And you can expect ALOOOOOT of pics once I get her

 

I just have one thought going over and over in my head "tan or green first?" with the occasional "pink would also be so, so cute!" It's so hard to decide.

I want to make her a forest spirit, but am undecided between more of an animal spirit or tree spirit...

 

can you get the entire doll in grey? and the horns red? I kinda like that combo.

 

@Ace: yes you can, I'm getting that combo You just order her in whatever color you want, and you can add a comment to your order and there you tell them what color horns you want.

@Dolls: Meh I know it's hard D: green could really work as both though.

^ What she said. Or, the other way around would also be perfectly nice, too. Especially if you had the tan horns with maybe dark green to black blushing, and then you blush her body in dark green. Or bronze. She'd look pretty forest-y, I think.

 

Ohhh... so many good ideas! Now I'm thinking tan with green horns and a green wig or green with tan horns (blushed to more of a brown) and a deep woody brown wig... *ponders*

 

I think the latter would be so amazing!

 

Urge to buy blue horns blushed with black tips rising...

 

Honestly, I haven't been so excited about a doll since my first Ju D:
I want her more than anything and I can't wait to see what everyone else does with her. Mine will be a standard succubus, and my muse. She may change later, like my first Ju did aswell, but for now she has a planned future xD

I want to do a kind of Lamia kind of thing. I mean, not the 'real' Lamia, but something akin to the one they used in 'Drag Me To Hell', you know? It could be great fun. I'd need a grey skinned one to do that, though. D:.

if not a Lamia, I have no idea what I'd make her, but I think I'd call mine Lakshmi.

Man, I think the only thing I've been this excited about for awhile is Euclase. Or Nanuri 2007. Or sometimes I still get super excited like this over DoC Si...*sigh*

Traditionally, yes, the Lamia is a snake woman. Howrever, in Drag me to Hell, the lamia is 'The Black Goat', a male demon who is used by gypsies to perform thier darkest deeds. The gypsy curses a victim, and the Lamia torments the poor soul for three days before dragging the victim to hell on the third day, where the Lamia eats thier souls.

I thought that was a pretty cool movie touch, so now I want one. XD

Or MAYBE a banshee! that would also be pretty awesome...you should stop encouraging me! XD

You really should. It's a fantastic movie, and even if that's not what a Lamia really is, i really thought they did an excellent take on mythology. It was really good, and even funny! (Sometimes GROSS, though, oh my god. D:.)

So now not only do I have to decide if Lakshmi si going to be grey, green or blue, or lilac, with god knows what colour horns, I have to decide now if she's a banshee OR a "lamia" or just a plain old goat.

When do you plan on ordering yours? I plan to order one after i pay for Heliot/Dia head/Si. So she's fourth in line. XD. Is Dan going to be your next doll?

 

Yes, Dan is definately going to be my next. I'm holding back on alot of things just to get her xD I just payed off a bobobie body which I had on a two month layaway (just made my first payment for that and Dan came out so I had to wait >__< ) which should be here tomorrow, but right now I could technically buy her, but won't have any money left for the rest of the month. So right now I'm only spending on things I really really need (groceries and such) and then I can order her right away on the 24th when I get my money
