  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     4. They're very sharp teeth. The doll is a complete copy of the character Grell(e) Sutcliff from the anime/manga Kuroshitsuji ("Black Butler"), down to the chainsaw, teeth, hair, glasses... everything. I'm kind of really disappointed in Ringdoll right now. :\

    6. I would like to pass on a message from Ringdoll:

      Thank you everyone for supporting RingDoll!

      We would like to state some facts regarding our newest release Judges. Our style designer used our existing RTB09 head sculpt (was used for Spencer), and RTbody-2 for his body. The concept of Judges, including the studio photography is heavily influenced by the Japanese comic series Kuroshitsuji (黑执事) character Grell. We designed this doll as homage to one of the Anime series beloved by everyone here at RingDoll.

      With regarding to Copyrights infringement issues that some doll lovers have brought to our attention, we already did our preliminary consultation with our legal department and third party Copyrights law professionals. We are quite confident that our creation is and should be considered original art. There is no ambiguity whether our doll design is legal or not.

      However, we realize that such design can easily lead to unnecessary controversies and negative publicity. We apologize if this has caused any discomfort for our doll lovers out there. We will definitely be more cautious with the future designs to avoid such controversy.

    7. I just want to point out that Ringdoll posted yesterday on their Facebook:

      So the sculpt doesn't actually have sharp teeth, they are just painted that way. Wanted to reference their comment in case someone buys the doll blank expecting sharp teeth. :sweat

      Ringdoll Ball Jointed Dolls Judges the Doujin doll from Ringdoll has been discontinued and will never be available in future.
      But the Rc60-26, Rot22, Rot18, Rwigs60-12 is still available to pick.

      Many many doll lovers and Anime fans wrote to us to say that they really do not wanna see their God Grell Doujined by Ringdoll actually, but they would like to dress up their own doll like this way all by theirselves...................... So we have to withdrew RD Judges -- but customers still can ask Ringdoll to serve nude doll with Judges face-up, and purchase other stuffs like chainsaw, clothes, glasses as well. Then doll lovers can have fun in DIY then.
