Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     2. love Frankenstein. part of me wouldn't mind having him... and the Bride is very cool. would have loved to been able to see them but picts work as well. have a terrible tendency to want what i can get my hands on;)

    6. When I spoke with them, they kind of hinted 'maybe' next month for the Frankenstein. (please don't quote me on it) Now that I've said it, something will get delayed and it'll be longer.
      It didn't seem like they were going to release the Bride the same time as Frank, so I'm useless on answering questions about her release date.

      I just want Frankie to release!!!!!! I'm extremely excited for him. :) :dance:dance:sumomo::dance:dance

      I agree, I think the bride and the baby are just a bit too special for good taste (probably because it reminds me of the movie Rosemarie's Baby *shivers*)
      But the Frankenstein is on the new Ringdoll grown body am I right?

      AnchixDPx: I started having dreams about the doll after I saw it. The anticipation is getting to be too much for this doll. I hope he'll be released next month, too.

      The fetus in the belly concerned me because I thought it might irk people and they wouldn't want to buy her. After seeing the doll so many times that day I realized that's what makes it unique.

    16. Those blushed-bronze v1 Frankies were pretty cool! Third pic looked like it had modded stuff around the neck and in the upper arm.

      It doesn't match the things that came with my Frankenstein, anyway. --Very cool stuff!

      Yeah, as far as I know, all the v1 Frankensteins were grey. We really didn't have any choice--we just could order and got the whole fullset along with it. I was cool with that, since I liked the styling... although the heavy bronze blushing changed from the very original photo-shoot that I first fell in love with. But he still looked good to me. I think the painting on them varied a bit from doll to doll... not that there were a ton of Frankensteins ordered or at least posted here... so I couldn't really tell for sure. I hadn't checked those other images, outside of DoA, though.

      And, yeah, Ringdoll Grown body, I'm pretty sure, for all Franks.

      Maybe Ringdoll will release other versions in other skin tones??? That would be something to look forward to! (Although, I've got my Frank, and he's definitely enough for me.) :D

      I really like this latest version! Not so sure about the Bride... but mostly because I'm more into the boy dolls. Fetus thing is good only because it's unexpected and bizarre and really pushing the envelope. I like seeing companies take a bit of a risk!

    17. Your Frankenstein doll is amazing. I'm super jealous, I missed his release by a month. :(
      I agree, first seeing the Bride at the show was weird and I didn't find her as "OH MY GOD I GOT TO HAVE!" like I did with the Frankenstein. I think the unique feature of
      the Bride's belly opening up to reveal a fetus is what made me want to get her as well. I loved it because it was new and never done in a BJD (that I've seen).

    18. She definitely is unique! I hope people will buy her and post photos. I'm sure they would look amazing! I can't wait to see the new Frankenstein, too. v1 was very goth, but the new one is different and I think he could look so interesting in many different ways!

    19. I was so upset when I missed out on getting the original Frankenstein because of my financial situation! This time around, I've got a full time job and a credit card. Given that I ordered my Ashford Style B in December and I've been told to expect in him August, I don't want to have to do another Layaway with Frank, I'd rather just buy him up front and get one of the ready-made ones they usually prepare for their limiteds.

      ...wouldn't it be funny if I got a Frank before the Ashford? O_o

    20. Now that it's June, I keep checking out Ringdoll's site like crazy to see if they'll post any info on the new Frankie. It's madness!!! :)

      I'm also excited to see when people get the new dolls what they'll do to customize them and their photos. I look forward to making a Ringdoll waiting room thread.... teeheee.
