Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     3. Sorry for a double-post, but Ringdoll put this up on their Facebook page recently and I thought someone would like to see it. I didn't much like the photos of her from PNW BJD Expo, but her she is looking softer, cuter, and more bridely.

    6. I'm so glad they re-released him. I've always loved the old Frankie, but this one looks so much cooler to me, haha. Hopefully will be putting him down for a 6 month layaway on the 3rd, and if not this month then the next. I'm ecstatic that I'll be able to get him this time around ♥

      I'm going to take the risky option though and order him with a faceup and blushing, and I'm going to hope that it doesn't turn out like the old version did (so much bronzing!).

    7. I'm not particularly interested in the Monster, but I love the Bride, she ties in so much with the Victorian fascination with death, the rise in surgery, autopsies etc. But I swore no more dolls for a while and to buy bodies for my floating heads :-/

      I really want both of them and I'm annoyed I'm missing out on such a cool mech arm/leg but I can't afford to buy both when Frankenstein is fullset-only. ;___; If I could buy him blank/naked/wigless/etc I might be able to get both. blah

      The fetus is way too cool to miss out on though

    9. Here's an image from the Expo that Ringdoll took and posted on Flickr, I know it doesn't show up close and personal detail with the dress.
      In my opinion, the dress seemed a bit cheap (which would probably make sense if you want to splatter fake blood over it.) :) If you look near the belly, the fabric
      is ripped. That dress could be something they slapped together for the Expo, I don't know. The best is ask Cherry about Eva's dress. :)

    10. Oh ok! Thanks, I may do that! I saw a drawing design of them on facebook and it looked like from that that the dress might have a hoop skirt design or something to it so I wasn't sure. I think if I decide to get her I may just get the doll and blank and then customize her myself and have a different dress commissioned... dunno yet though.

If you look close at the more recent photo (i posted it earlier in this thread) the dress and faceup are different on the Bride, so I imagine that what's shown in this photo from the Expo is just something that was thrown together. Ringdoll is attending another convention soon, I believe, and they should be bringing these dolls along, too. I hope that if they do, they'll have a more final version of the Bride.

    13. Aww... I hope you can get your hands on one at some later date, then! You never know, somebody could turn up with one at a time you've got money. I hope that if your plans don't change and you still love him, you'll have a chance at him. That's kind of what happened to me, so who's to say it can't happen for you, too?

    18. are you sure that won't fit them? Angel studio's clothes fit from 68-73cm SD's.
      Sorry my friend has a ringdoll Sol in an angel studio outfit thats why I'm wondering what parts wont fit?

    19. The waist and sleeves are too big, and the chest would be a squeeze. Also, I think the shoulders would be small.

      I'm thinking I might wait on that one. My brother has his eye on it for one of his dolls too, so maybe if he gets it I can see how it fits. Until then, maybe I'll browse Alice's collections and see if I can find some pieces that can mix and match with his fullset.

    20. That'd be good at least you can pretry it out, I'll ask my friend and see what she says about it. browsing alice's collentions is an awesome idea. Do we know what the fullset will actually contain, the outfit on him in the flickr pics reminds me of the 2011 set. Or are they keeping it?
