Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. I ordered a Ringdoll outfit from Rosedolls a while ago and everything went well. They responded quickly to my emails and always had an answer to my questions. Any time there was an update on the status of my order there was an email in my inbox. This was definately a wonderful experience.

      Excellent. Vanessa was really friendly and helpful when it came to my questions.

      * How easy was it to pay?
      Had a bit of difficulty at first because the site software had been updated and the Paypal option went screwy, but it was sorted out in no time at all once she was aware of the problem ^^

      * How long did it take to ship?
      It arrived with Vanessa on the 11th and she shipped the very same day. Was with me by 10am on the 12th.

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Definitely :)

      VERY satisfied. Vanessa has excellent customer service and included an adorable little card which made it very personal <3

      * How long did it take to ship? Since the doll arrived to the dealer, a week until she sended it to me beacause a small problem with the weight of the packet. But good information about everything in every moment
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? About Little Monica: Yes, is a really beautifull doll, and a full set, and limited... So all this things make the doll expensive but not really differente that other brands.

      * How was the communication? Much better than that with the most European retailers.
      * How easy was it to pay? Oh, that was easy peasy, much easier than saving the money ^-^ !
      * How long did it take to ship? Longish, because I ordered in the beginning of the month and the orders are sent in the end of the month. But there was no unexpected delay on the shop's (RoseDolls) side.

      Two pairs of Alice's Collections boots and a pair of eyes.

      Somewhere around October-November, my memory fails me.

      How was the communication?
      Excellent, I was very satisfied with how Vanessa kept me up to date with everything going on with the order, specially when the eyes I ordered were out of stock. She was even kind enough to help me search for a similar pair. I couldn't possibly be any more satisfied with the communication.

      How easy was it to pay?
      Very easy via PayPal.

      How long did it take to ship?
      Well, I received my order yesterday (Dec 28th), so it did take nearly two months overall, however I knew to expect that with all the Christmas related delays and whatnot.

      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Absolutely, I'm very happy with the quality.

      Definitely yes!

      Absolutely excellent. They emailed me at every step of the process.

      All too easy... I paid by Paypal.

      They placed the order with AiL within days of my order (they usually bulk order at the end of each month but did it early this time). She arrived on 5th January 2011, and would have arrived on the 1st January, had it not been for the Christmas/New Year postal shenanigans. That is the fastest I have EVER got a doll!

      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?

      AiL stuff is beautiful.

      Completely.

      Definitely. Even without the fear of customs charges, it turned out to be cheaper to order the kit this way than directly from AiL. It is so nice to find a local rep who does not hike up their cut. The service was also exemplary. I have found a new favourite supplier!

      Brilliant! The only thing is I don't think I got an email saying it had shipped from Ringdoll to Rosedolls, but that just meant it was even more exciting to get the shipping notice to me :)
      ETA: After reading some of the reviews in the Ringdoll thread, I wonder if maybe that was because Ringdoll don't seem to let people know that they've shipped ^^;

      From Rosedolls, only about 2 working days.

      Yes, the body is lovely and poses really well :D And Rosedolls didn't hike up the price like I've seen some dealers do.

      Absolutely. Maybe because I ordered at the end of the month, my order was placed with Ringdoll right away, and it only took a month from placing my order to having the doll in my hands!

      Yes. Ecxept that she didn't have eyelashes, wich I was told she would have.

    17. I bought a B&G Loretta White Cat from Rosedolls at the beginning of the year and sold her on quite quickly - only due to changing size of dolls in my collection. I regretted selling her though and was thrilled when I saw her again. I ordered and paid for her and she was shipped the next day to me. I have just opened her and am absolutely delighted with her, and so pleased to have her back again :)
      Vanessa is a great seller and keeps you informed every step of the way through your purchase.
      I have just ordered 2 pairs of eyes from her and they are already picked, packed and posted - brilliant customer service.

    18. I've had an excellent experience with RoseDolls. I originally ordered a Ringdoll accessory in December 2010, however Ringdoll seemed to go awol and after a few months waiting I asked if I could have store credit towards an AiL head instead. Vanessa was quick to agree and arrange a discount voucher for me to use when ordering the head. The second order went smoothly and I was kept updated at every stage. My head has arrived quickly and safely - brilliant! Outstanding customer service and I'd be happy to order from them again :)

    20. I have had two orders from Rosedolls so far , mostly shoes , plus some glasses and a pair of gloves , which I have been very happy with , they were all of lovely quality . The communication is always excellent and very friendly . I have another order with her at the moment [ Ringdoll boy ] , and I'm sure I shall be buying more from Rosedolls in the future !
