Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     3. Yes, they are changing their sales model. The Rosettes will be on sale every few months for a limited time. You'll have to wait another 3 months or so for the next pre-order.

    7. Sorry for the double post, but does anyone have experience using credit cards with the Soom/Rosette website? Every time I try to pay, I get a 'Authentication attempt not supported' error. I can't figure it out! The money isn't an issue, and I'm not getting any fraud alerts from my bank to suggest they are trying to charge me at all. I just want to pay for my Hazel. :(

    8. I always pay with paypal, sorry. But I do know the PP system they have is weird, it's like you go and you pay, and then you have to do it again, and it doesn't take until the second time. I would try their Q&A, or the Soom Q&A which might actually get you an answer faster.

    9. Yeah, I usually use paypal as well! This was just an unusual case. :) I basically switched credit cards today (it just was not accepting the one I wanted to use the most), and the payment finally went through. I guess it was dependent on the bank. But it looks like things are fine now, and I'm super excited to get my Hazel. <3

    15. I don't understand it either. A friend of mine traslated it to something like:
      "Because the contract with SOOM for more Rosette and The Gem has expired, more work is unlikely. Thank you for everything. From here on out there isn’t a future plan yet. At least we are able to enjoy a summer vacation."

      And when I asked Emma on DM at Twitter, she told me that she was "between jobs".

      I hope they don't close Rosettes T_T

    19. I wouldn't worry too much...The Gem is also included in that tweet, and considering that's where SOOM makes the majority of its money, I don't think there is anything to worry about. Until and unless there is an English language announcement, we aren't going to know exactly what its about, because there is so much room for interpretation in the translation. Especially since they have just decided to have regular basic ordering periods for the Rosettes...I don't think they would have done that if they were only going to be around for another month! That being said, I'm glad I have my Elf Delilah. Still hoping they will do an elf boy...
