Directly from the company. * How was the communication? It was good, but only on their Q&A, not through email. * How easy was it to pay? Very easy. A distributor, Dolk Station * How was the communication? Pretty good! I didn't really have any questions, so I never asked anything, but they made sure to contact me with all of the information I would need throughout the process. * How easy was it to pay? I paid through layaway, and I had always been intimidated by layaways at first, but they made it pretty easy to understand and really easy to pay. * How long did it take to ship? Not including my layaway, it took only a week or two to ship to me. I was super surprised and very happy! * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? I think so. I got a 70 cm boy, so he's very tall and very sturdy, and the unique spine system is a nice plus. The body is very detailed and nice. The only thing I would disagree on price was the face up - the face is very plain. * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Nearly exactly like them. * Were you satisfied with the product? Very! I knew that the face-up was plain from the very beginning so I knew what the expect. He came exactly as he was pictures - he even came with a pair of eyes that I really liked! * Would you order from this company again? I would! There's one or two dolls I actually want to buy from them later on! * Would you buy this company's products second-hand? Because they're such sturdy dolls, I definitely would! They will last for a long time, so buying the items second hand wouldn't be an issue at all.
