Speaking as someone who has a lot of fantastical characters, something I've been thinking of for a while now is dolls with room for extra pairs of eyes. A spider themed doll with an accurate amount of eyes would be really cool! Though it probably would be pretty hard to pull off on an actual sculpt. Miracledoll's Jing and Abyssia from Whale Tower come to mind, but are there any other ones out there these days?
There's this one I saw on DolceLuceDolls' instagram by the company Spirit Fetus, though it looks like it might not be for sale at the moment.
They aren't for sale right now that I know of, but Two of DollChateau's Spider girls, Nieve and Leila, have room for a third eye in the forehead.
Resinsoul will happily do this as a custom for you, on any head you'd like. Here's one that's been modded to have extra eyes and extra arms for a spider queen character.
I LOVE weird/multi eyed sculpts, so I follow these pretty closely. Multi eyed heads seem to be becoming more common but a lot are by niche artists. I recommend following accounts like bjdivas and new clover singing on instagram since they sell a lot of dolls by independent artists and will post when the dolls are available. The main downside is that almost all sculpts tend to be time limited so you have to keep an ear to ground to catch them in time. Going onto one of my favorites, I could not leave out Ling Tai Studio Zhu Hong. It has six eyes and is just a beauty. I know it’s had two releases so far (I got mine in the dolls second rerelease) so hopefully there might be more. Right now I know new clover singing has island dolls ghost-you for sale. It’s a time limited 4 eyed demon head (that I am also very tempted to get)

I think the Queen of Extra Eyes definitely goes to Circus Kane Kameko and her trypophobia inducing fifteen eyes.
These are all incredible! i've never had much interest in resinsoul sculpts so I haven't looked into them or their customizing options but that's very good to know. Those six eyed ones are especially really something. Ling Tai Studio and Spirit Fetus are new to me (so many new dollmakers these days! and so many who make weird fantasy dolls too!) but they look really similar to me, aside from the open mouth. I really like them though! If I ever come across one in SD it might just be a grail.

There’s the three eyes style of GEM Of Doll’s Bmoth. Bmoth doesn’t have as many eyes as a spider, but he still looks cool. His three eyed sculpt is currently available to order, and I ended up getting him (because I can’t resist multiple eyed sculpts too)
Seconding Kameko. I have this sculpt and it is absolutely gorgeous. It's also just a bit fun to run my fingers over the eyes? It's so bumpy!
Ok, that just sent a chill up my spine but also gave me a good laugh! Poor Kameko, as if getting poked in the eye once isn't bad enough!
I admit I may have licked it once... but to be fair it is blank and I washed it (and the eyes) after!
The worst part was trying to put all the tiny eyes back in. They are so close together you pretty much need to put them all in more or less at once, but they inevitably go different directions or roll backwards or fall out. There is a huge mass of putty inside the head now because it just was easier.
Dream Valley’s recent Griffon had a four-eyed head option I believe! Not sure how good the actual head is, historically I’ve found they are very thin on the inside but this guy is so huge it might not matter!
