Sculpts You Get For Your Twins

I have a pair of twins that are brother and sister, so they are dizygotic twins (or rather the girl is actually a changeling who has brainwashed everyone into believing she's the boy's twin ).
I chose a Custom House Little Junior Mars and a Little Junior Meoroo for their molds. They share many features like their general face shape, their lips and their noses but they aren't identical.

 

I totally bought Sooms Trond and Kivi to be fraternal twins. I was torn at the beginning on if I should get both and then my mom pleaded "but you can't break up twins!!!" So yeah

 

I have two sets of twins - DOC Tender Too and Tender Bee-a, which are polar identical twins (meaning they have the same maternal DNA and appear mostly identical even though one is a girl and one is a boy) and a pair of Resinsoul Mai boy twins. The only difference is one is white-skin and the other is normal skin.

I think with identical twins its pretty easy, but for fraternal twins its best to go with the same company, as they usually have a style about them that makes dolls look similar enough to be siblings.

I have fraternal RML R20J twins on boy and girl SD10 bodies. The boy has had the asymetric jawline and lower lip modded, and the girls hasn't. Their faceups are similar but not the same - so they have a strong sibling resemblance.

All of my twins are meant to be identical twins, but have very different characters.

I have Bambicrony Elf Guns as twins, and for their adult versions a Unidoll Lily and a Unidoll Dalia. They have very similar faces, but are different enough to reflect their different personalities.
I also have Iplehouse Silvia and Dreaming Silvia as twins, Glorydoll Lucy and Goth Lucy, and my husband and I have twins that are Soom Glot and Glati.

 

My crow twins are a Vampire Chloe and a Vampire Woosoo (with Woosoo the girl and Chloe the boy, which sounds really funny now that I think about it). They are similar enough with pointy chins and ears and cute little noses, and their eyes are fairly similar in shape, though Woosoo's are more narrow.

For my twins I'll get two heads of the same sculpt and mod slightly one of them, I'd like them to be identical but with some differences xD

 

For my twins, I use identical molds. I have a pair that are the same mold and eye color, but different skin tones and wigs. I have another set that are identical in look (same mold, faceup, wig, etc.). Both sets wear different eye sizes (one 16mm, one 18mm). That slight difference gives them different expressions/personalities, which is helpful when developing their characters.

Multiples are so much fun and are a joy to behold!

 

I don't have twins now, but I'd really want a pair someday. When I think about it I usually picture Peakswoods Goldie and Goldie wake up. They are the same, but not entirely since one of them have half closed eyes. I like that idea very much.

If not, I'd probably buy identical moulds but make their face ups slightly different.

 

I only have unintentional twins... the ones where a doll comes with several heads and I later get a body for them--

I've got a Delf Elf El and Elf El Vampire head that came with him. They actually should be identical except for tiny vamp teeth and dreaming vs open eyes. And I've got the Elf Lishe with Dreaming head and Vamp head.

 

I have two set of twins. The boys - Sasha and Mischa are identical twins and I am using the Mo-A and Mo-B sculpts from Dollzone. The sculpts are almost identical and you actually have to look very hard to find the differences, which is accurate with true identical twins.

My twin girls - Chimalma and Citlalli are fraternal. I had originally planned on getting IH Tatiana and Tania, but then I decided to upgrade them to SD size and had planned on getting IH Gentle Cocori and Cocori for my girls. Sadly, with IH discontinuing their YID line, I am now on the search for new sculpts to house my silver and white wolves in.

 

I have a pair of Iplehouse twins as well. One is a Tania, the other is a Tatiana. They're fraternal twins since they look similar but not identical. Iplhouse seems to always pair them up when they do special editions so I'm thinking they are intended to be twins. In their back story they were put into a state of suspended animation and Tatania was revived 6 months earlier than Tania, so she is a bit more mature and modern while Tania tends to be more old-fashioned and silly.

 

I am planning to purchase a Luts Kid Delf Dreaming Cherry girl as a twin for my open-eyed girl. They're both the same scupt, and I was hoping for identical twins with a variance in facial-features. However, I'm not completely sold on the Dreaming girl just yet, and will consider investing in a girl with an appearance similar to Kid Delf Cherry girls.

 

I have one set of identical twins. RS Bao's in WS and DG. I requested their face-up to be identical and the sculpt are the same, but the WS has white hair and looks more responsible while the DG one has grey hair that's done in a faux hawk and looks more troublemaker. The sculpts for them as adults are identical, too (should I ever get them).

I have one other possible set of twins to bring home and again, they're identical (so the same sculpt) although it's their hair (and subtle differences in their face-ups) that would set them apart from each other.

 

I have a pair of twins with Khal leeke mold. They are identical twins but one is a vampire...

 

My plan was to get two luts wintery 08 heads... but then I decided to get a wintery and a luts juniper.
