Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.       I ordered Serenade Doll Artificial Bird Limited Edition Fullset complete with company face-up and body blushing/detailing. Link to Doll: 【Limited】Artificial Bird_1/3 Senior_Doll_Serenade

      I ordered her on June 20th, 2016 and received the doll on August 5th, 2016.

      Shipping was incredibly quick and considering how much work is put into this doll, I'm VERY happy with the price I paid - well worth it! The level of detail is impeccable and I feel quite lucky to have taken a chance with this company considering I couldn't find any reviews on them elsewhere. She is without a doubt one of the most beautiful and most intricate dolls I own.

      Doll looked exactly like her photos. Even came with an additional item that had it been purchased separately would've cost me over $100 - this came as a gift with purchase of the fullset.

      When she arrived, I was out of town and unable to get to the post office. The company emailed me personally to let me know the tracking had stated delivered but not picked up and they were concerned it had not made it to me. They stayed in touch every step of the way to ensure I had received her which I couldn't be more grateful for! I was lucky enough to purchase the last available fullset sculpt of this one but this sculpt is still available plain - I definitely recommend it!

      All in all, the craftsmanship is gorgeous and the customer service was above and beyond. The quality is worth so much more than I paid for it and I would ABSOLUTELY purchase from Serenade Doll again!

      Positive, beautifully sculpted, wonderful resin quality.
      Negative, the human ears on the head so that it looks like a human wearing a bunny mask but I was able to use area for some fluffy hair.
      * Would you buy more from this company? For the price and quality, yes I would.
