Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases.     1. I've just changed the thread title to Lucian. I must've misread. :sweat

      I'm glad he has a waist joint, but I do wonder how posable he is. Serendipity was known for their super posable bodies for minis and tinies, and I'm pretty sure Lucian was their newest/last doll before they dropped off the face of the internet so maybe his posability is even better... then again, I've never even seen a lucian on the forum who knows. =_=

      Edit: Yeah, I don't think Lucian's 9/10" either. Yuha, bald, on the same body looks to have a bigger head-to-body ratio and he is also supposed to be 9/10"

    5. Kogepan: I think the foot size is an itty bitty 6.8cm. I'm going off measurements I translated from the old Korean Serendipity site 3years ago though so can't guarantee it! http://www.denofangels.com/forums/showpost.php?p=1079660&postcount=9

      I've ordered a King2 body, anyone else taken the plunge? If mine arrives first I'll do a full review and resin comparison with...Dollmore and Shinydoll since they are all I have! Might have a 2009 Migidoll head then too though.

    6. 6.8 sounds like it just might be able to squeeze into SD13 girl shoes (SD13 girls have 6.5 cm feet)... I'm considering getting either a full Lucian or the body for a Glorydoll Louis hybrid someday. Congrats on ordering one, babytarragon! I look forward to your review. :)

    7. So can you order the King body - I mean, body only, not the full doll? I know they've listed it separately (and at a great price too!), but at the bottom of the pics they say "Soon", so I assumed it wasn't available to order just yet. If it is, I'm ready to take the plunge too, Babytarragon! And I'm *so* looking forward to your review ^.^

      EDIT: the body alone is already available to order :D Nonetheless, with the free shipping event for the full doll, I'm seriously tempted to go for Lucian in all his complete glory...

    8. The body arrived so here's a quick review!

      He may be short but he's not extremely skinny. So clothes for the top half should be easy enough. I bought a pair of jeans made for Delf boys and they fit perfectly.

      SD10 girl sneakers fit perfectly, and while Sd13 boy shoes are too big for the feet they look ok in terms of proportion.

      His splayed hands are annoying for sleeves!

      His posing is good. This body was sculpted a few years ago so there are tiny annoyances, such as the fact that you have to pull the elbow peanut out to get the double joint to work, but generally it's the best posing large boy I've handled.

      The resin is what I call 'standard NS' it's very close to Shinydoll, Dollmore and Napi, so I should think it's also close to Volks. Migidoll 2009 is a bit paler and less pink than it.

      The neck isn't as small as I expected and should take a wide range of heads. A Migidoll Yuri looked proportionally good.

      Anything else I should mention?

      Edit: Oh yeah, something I like about Dollndoll is that the way they mold the feet means the seams are along the sole, not running down the side. I love this little detail ^^

    9. Oh wow--I missed this thread. It's nice to see that you can still get them. I have the body for one of my hybrids and really like it--it's a great option for short characters, and it's broad and sturdy enough that it can take some pretty large heads.

    12. I have a Yuha! Personally, I think he has one of the most versatile faces out there and I adore him! The body is short, stocky and surprisingly small, but has a level of posing that's incredible for the price. Honestly, it's possibly the best SD body I own.

    16. I can take some photo's for you tomorrow, he's VERY different to all my other SD's so I'll do some standing shots for you to see the difference in height and some posing shots of him. He's a joy to shoot, so it's never a bad thing to spend an hour doing! :D
