    1. Feedback thread for the Korean independent artist company Simply Meant to Be (otherwise known as @obscure_kind on Instagram, Naver, and Twitter.) Please copy and paste this template, then give your responses. :)

    2. * When did you order? November 12th, 2019 - During the second preorder for Dohwee.
      * How was the communication? They replied quickly when I asked about layaway options and when I sent the preorder form. However, there was a 2.5 month period where I (and multiple other people who ordered at the same time as me) could not get into contact with the company. They disappeared from social media and would not respond to anyone's emails. Then they turned up out of nowhere telling us the dolls would ship by the end of the month. The sporadic communication left me very frustrated.
      * How easy was it to pay? Payment was very simple and straightforward via PayPal.
      * How long did it take to ship? The doll was preordered in November and was meant to ship in March. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, we were informed that shipping was delayed. I received my doll on July 8th, 2020.
      * Were there any missing or broken items in your order? No, nothing was broken or missing.
      * If there were any problems with your order, how did the company handle them? There was an additional issue with shipping-- I needed to change the shipping address from the address I'd given them in November on the preorder form. I asked if I could change it in January, and I was told that was no problem and it would get sent to the correct address. However, when the doll was finally shipped, it was sent to the wrong address. The doll went from South Korea to Florida to South Korea again. I had to send them an email and ask them to send him back to me at the right address like they'd promised they would. They apologized and sent him back that same week.
      * Would you order from this company again? Honestly... I'm not sure if I will be ordering directly from them again. I might buy secondhand if they release more dolls.
