Gah, I missed out on Mixi and now I'm going through this crazy "gotta get a Soom Faery NOWWWW" phase! haha Mixi is so awesome, she's got such a cute face mold and I love the water theme. I love the Nenad wings too though, it's too bad that Soom doesn't sell their fairy wings separately so that your fairy can have different option wings! I've been anxiously awaiting the next faery release (I'm guessing maybe it will be a fire-fairy, but in all honesty I'm hoping they release a frost-fairy or snow-fairy). It's hard to tell what sort of schedule the Faery Legend doll releases are on since Mixi was Aug.26th to Sep.15th, and Nenad was Jul.1st to Jul.21th, so I just keep checking the site everyday hahaha, oy..
OH! I would LOVE a frost/snow fairy. I already have three snow-themed dolls. Odette, who is a Judith Frost Annette, a Snow Witch Velo, and a Snow Vamp Persi. Winter is tough, but it's the season I'm most used to. In many ways, it's my favourite time of year. If they put a frost fairy out there, I might cry -- I don't need to buy dolls for myself this close to Christmas! (But I can imagine hoarfrost eyes, icicle legs, and snowflake wings.
Any news on Mixi shipment? I'd love to see some pics. I wish I'd had the money to purchase her. Might need to find her on the secondary market when finances improve.
Got to try out my 6mm glass eyes on member AreeElf's Mixi at our doll meet . 6mm fit. 8mm won't fit. I had to blow up picture in camera so I could judge the pupil postion better.

Well, Mixi is adorable but Idrial is amazing too, I am sure when she arrives you won't regret getting her instead of Mixi. I wrote to Soom three times now, about the bubble on my Mixi's left leg (fairy leg) and now I am getting nervous because I wanted to order Haidi, but am not sure if I can trust Soom to send a perfect doll to me now. I want a perfect left fairy leg for my Mixi! Sent pictures twice to them and they keep asking for pictures instead of sending me one. Anyone knows if this is common in transparent resin? I mean, awful bubbles that look like dirt?
I think tiny bubbles happen with normal resin too just that you can't see them (one of my dolls from a different company had a tiny half-sphere of missing resin where a production worker must have hit a bubble while sanding her, haha). You would think with the clear resin though they would disguard any pieces with big or bad bubbling.. I hope you get a replacement leg!
My Mixi's legs and wings are full of bubbles too. It's just the way transparent resin is and I'm pretty sure they won't be giving out any replacement parts for something as unavoidable as bubbles, as sad as that is. T_T
