My Garion showed up today unexpectedly! Tracking still says he's in Korea. It's fun how I know these guys are huge, but it's really hard to truly fathom that until you see one in the flesh. My shoulders already gotten a workout. lol I have a question about the 75cm body legs. Is it normal for the lower legs to be quite bowed backwards? It almost feels like I can't get mine to stand up straight unless I have his legs spread pretty wide apart.
Yeah, they're a bit odd looking. His sideways stance looks like this. You just need to work with the center of balance in the hips and torso to combat that and he'll stand with his legs together no problem. The legs in general aren't that great but I do hear they're an improvement from the older body. I made this review of the body last year, where you can see that the legs have other problems as well -mostly when trying to do sitting poses.
@Yenna thank you so much for sharing your link to that wonderful body review. And I with you about the brain breaking the thinner bottom part when it came down. That happend to my ID Ebony. She arrrived broken because the brain had come off the heaback and smacked down. Happy to say I got my Anubis head (that uses a S hook) on a ID75 and I really like it on him.
@Yenna Thanks for the confirmation, and what a great review of the body! So, it looks like the poor boy suffers from hyper-mobility in his knees like I do. (My legs pretty much look very much like that picture of an Idealian from the side)But, at least as a doll he won't have the same joint problems as me.
I got my Garion-D last week. He is all done with his surgery! He is now my elf Garion!! Got some recycled items on him. Tbh, I don't really know how his character actually looks like. His character was always just an idea.

Hi all! I recently just got a Soom Xenos and he's an absolute nightmare to pose. Is this how all ID75s are? Just wanted to know! I'm seriously thinking of sueding him or something. Anyone have any advice? Thank you!!!
I'm new as an owner to the ID75 and I think mine is just loosely strung because of the hook. I don't know how good they are at posing. I just need to be careful til I tighten him for his knees like to buckle on me.
Has anyone tried a Sartoria 71 Athletic body or a Granado 75 Adagio for their ID75 heads? I'm wondering if they might be a better choice in terms of engineering. It seems like they'd still fit all the fab ID75 clothes that are being made now.

Six months of asking for the OG Hyperon from the founding molds and they trot out Lim. Though to be fair, he’s VERY pretty. I’m absolutely sure you won’t be the only one tempted to cave for him.
Mine also seems loosely strung... hmm. But I hear restringing IDs are a nightmare as well LOL ^^; LOLLL I think that will be his fate tbh!
@Sakhmet Considering how often they re-release Hyperion in general I'm sure they gotta get back around to that version soon. Man what a difference a face-up makes in how one can view a sculpt. His original version was nice but never wowed me. This one made my insides do somersaults.
@Cloudedmind oh they release his variants in the form of Scarface often. 4 releases on scar, 2 on romantic and original, 1 on vampire for standard releases. It’s been six months of hyperfixation, trying to find a pattern, asking Soom directly, and ridiculous daily posts. Seeing comments about some of you guys having problems posing or being leery of restringing makes me wonder if I shouldn’t do some full tear down and restring posts when the Gluino I oopsed on makes it home. I always take new dolls apart anyway, so it may as well benefit someone other than me.
