Same here, only ever been charged layaway fees on dolls by a couple of Chinese doll sellers, never from any of the Korean companies, Soom included
As I was told it is a leftover from when Soom was going to introduce fees a few years back. Everyone complained and they scrapped the idea. However it still shows up in some of Soom's checkout and help sections. Don't worry though there are no fees
I made a waiting room for the Faemon!!! http://www.denofangels.com/forums/s...so-far-others-to-come!)&p=9252349#post9252349
I just paid for the Pink outfit Isaac is wearing in the photo, I will order the eyes later since I have some here to try on her.
I have some 18mm Zinnia Soom silicone eyes I thought might look good on her but otherwise had been planning to order a batch of 18mm eyes for other incoming kitties so either way I am sure I'll have something that will suit her.
So many wonderful dolls from other companies are being released at the same time. I was hoping more would want this little kitty too.
Same here...I'm worried that without many sales Soom might give up on the Faemon concept and I'd really love to see more dolls in this line! Who knows, though, with regards to non DOA member sales and / or sales amongst non-English speaking doll owners. It would be interesting to know how sales for Isaac went overall.
Very true, and not just from an aesthetic perspective but also from a jointing / engineering perspective, especially when it comes to their fantasy parts! Their fantasy parts have the best sense of weighting, jointing, flow and balance!
I'd love to see more Faemon. And, even though Isaac wasn't for me due to proportions, I love the concept and I'm glad to see Soom branch out into fantasy anthros.
I can't believe how small our waiting room is, hopefully once they start coming in, maybe next time folks will order more. I hope Soom does not get discouraged by the low sale of Isaac.
I think they are on to something, and personally I look forward to seeing more from this line and maybe getting one myself at some point!
