Well, it is official Heliot is closed for good.

We had a good run I think.

 

wow, did he sell for an extra day? Its late afternoon of the 15th over there. :O

 

No, I'd seen the same thing with Vesuvia. I don't know if they 'took him down' off the Korean site sooner, but I'd expected him to be left up on the site until around the end of business central time, and I was right. Between the time I was at work and the time I was at home, he was listed as Sold Out, LOL!

And the same thing happened with Vesuvia. Couldn't say for Euclase, as I'd bought him and wasn't watching so closely.

i placed my order for heliot some time on the 8th---though i'm still nervous about this because i payed my layaway via wire transfire *facepalms oneself* so it's only confirming that my first payment went through that's really bugging me as of the moment >.>

i don't really know how crazy people went over sard back then...but from IO onwards, heliot's been the one who'd got people going gaga for...or so i humbly think ^^;

 

He's definitely been a crowd pleaser although he did not rock my boat enough to make me seriously consider him.

Hoping someone is seeing the goblin king from the Labyrinth in him as I did. Would be cool to see that done to him.

 

Oh I didn't know a new thread was started. I found this by accident when doing a Soom search! 'lol' ..this is my first Waiting Room I've been part of and I wonder how it compares to others. It seems very busy. But Heliot IS gorgeous. I can't wait. I'm not used to waiting since this is my first doll from the original store.

EDIT: Ooops nevermind...this is a new thread started for the 'discussion' of Heliot, not the 'waiting room' for Heliot. I'm so slow sometimes..'lol'

The MD of Heliot and Amber were sold out with large quantity be cause by your deep interesting and deep love in out dolls. Thank you so much for that. However, cannot respond to the love, and a delivery is delayed we are very sorry about it. You stoop an once head, and you sincerely apologize again.

Some of them just became bankrupt and close the manufacturing.

Some eye size comparisons: All eyes are the hard plastic type, 1/2 round or round with stem and the eye on the right is the same one in both pictures.

These are the same color from Masterpiece eyes, just two different sizes.

Hey guys,

As much as I adore my Heliot, I think I'm having trouble with Soom's resin. Everytime I spend time around him I get a funny, chemical feeling in the back of my throat

Now when my boy arrived, his joints were full of resin dust, a little bit of which I fear I may have inhaled before cleaning him out properly

I was just wondering if anyone else was having any problems with Soom's resin. I don't know if I can keep my boy if I'm just going to end up with a bad throat everytime I go near him but at the same time I think he's so georgeous.
