Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum. Special Doll Pre-order You're Waiting For?

    1. So, am I the only one who is just sitting on a chunk of money, waiting for a pre-order to be announced?

      I don't have many dolls, and the ones I have are all tinies. My friend has made me jealous to get an MSD and I'm so picky. But I have one doll in particular that I have picked out, and almost all the money saved up for. She is a beautiful mermaid doll that will be made with human legs first and I'm so excited for her. She's made by an indie artist though and she hasn't put the preorder up yet!! It's driving me crazy!!!! :evil: I just gotta suck it up and wait though.. :sigh Cause you know the minute I would try to get a different doll, that's when the preorder would go up.

      Who else here has a special doll they're dying over?

    2. I actually JUST (and I mean just like over half an hour ago) acted on a pre-order. I have been waiting for Lut's to do a new preorder event, and the YUL doll had an elf version head and I completely lost it. I've been sitting on this chunk of money for a while, and when the doll I was selling finally sold I knew it was time. Just keep being patient! The moment you finally place that money down it'll feel amazing :D

      This is technically my second MSD (i sold the first one as mentioned) and I also have a bunch of tinies. I'm really excited for another larger doll again. :whee:

    3. I did this last year. I was dying for a brown skin Little Rebel Andre. He was perfect for my character, but unexpected problems kept popping up and his release date kept getting pushed back more and more. Finally, after several months of waiting, I began to think he'd never be available, so I bought a backup instead. Right after I placed that order, within a week, Andre got released! I managed to come up with the money and buy him immediately, and I'm so thankful that I did. The most recent batch of brown Andre isn't as dark as the one I ordered, and they'll soon stop casting brown at all.

    4. Oh man do I know how you feel. Little Monica had a tan event in the winter, but I had absolutely no spare money at all, and continued to be pretty broke for a few months. But I knew they'd do another tan event this summer, so I decided to sell a handful of dolls in anticipation! Now I've got this money sitting in my Paypal... waiting for the tan event to start....... it's so hard to not buy little things like wigs or eyes, but you know if I give in to that, I won't have enough money when the event starts up! XD Also another doll on my wishlist appeared in the marketplace, but if I buy him then I'll have nothing left for Little Monica...! T3T

      So yeah I am going a little bonkers here. XD

    5. My "fun money" fund was pretty much eaten by the combination of Iple discontinuing two things I wanted, Soom including a tawny-resin Amber in their FC line-up and Fairyland coming up with an adorable little hippogriff named Rus... Prior to all that, though, I did indeed have a chunk of money in the bank just waiting for something interesting to come along. 'Good thing, too. :lol:

    7. I'm waiting for the doll chateau summer event to be announced so I can order a doll (or two) in a new resin colour! The time seems to be dragging on this one, with DZ already having announced their offering :)

I really want one of the big Blue Fairy girls, but every time the preorder month rolls around, I'm so torn between Alice and Lunar that I can't commit. :doh So I keep waiting, because maybe BF is about to release an entirely different sculpt that will save me from my indecision . . . .
